It doesn't work that way for me. salt does nothing to my blood pressure. But caffeine, nicotine, digesting food, exercising, seeing people in white lab coats, and sexy nurses trying to check my blood pressure all do.
I had a tread mill test once where the tech said "Stop talking about your wife, every time you do your heart rate goes way up"
Just to be clear on what I was saying....well I was birching

My wife and I have identical laptops. Her CD/DVD kept popping out randomly about a month after I bought both of them. Sent it back for repair. Still does it once in a while on hers, but has never happened with mine. I think it's a crappy connection or intermittent short in the trigger line going to the drive.

Then there's my Anita, I thought that It couldn't hit the 70 watts that I had it set to, only went to 60, then I charged the battery up and all was good. TC appears to function well enough. Without boost/preheat though it just doesn't cut it for me.....spoiled

You know for the last 6 or 7 years almost every time I go to the doctor, get in the room and the nurse checks my pressure it will be high, I ask them to check it again before I leave, give me time to settle down, it's always back to normal. One nurse questioned why that is and I told her if you've been through what I have your pressure would spike walking into a doctors office too.

I always perk up around a good looking nurse....what did she look like?

Usually when I go I have my wife with me, try to kill two birds thing, the drive there with my wife is all it takes to get mine boiling.

Another strange thing that puzzles me is the medical community wants diabetics on insulin to eat 60 carbs three times a day. I am lucky if I can manage to eat 60 carbs in two days total. If I ate 180 carbs per day like they want me to, I'd gain over 50lbs within a month. That's just insane. What is wrong with those medical people? :?:
Should be obvious: They want to sell you more insulin, since most carbs will turn into glucose in your bloodstream very quickly.

When I was diagnosed as diabetic the first thing the doctor wanted to do was give me metformin. I told him to keep the prescription and let's see what diet changes and exercise can do, and he never mentioned either one. Never had to take metformin, or any other diabetes drug and was no longer diabetic after about a year. Maybe I was just lucky, I don't know but I do know that when my wife did the same things her glucose dropped significantly as well and her metformin dosage had to be lowered.

I think the problem is that they are in the "cure in a pill or injection" camp and subscribe to all the blanket recommendations that come down the pike. After all, if it's in a peer reviewed medical journal it must be right, right? Except those peers are all on the same, shall we say, supplemental income sources. It all turns into circular logic in the end and keeps the revenue stream flowing.

No, I changed from high GI index carbs to lower GI index carbs, monitored the effects of what I ate on my glucose, tested two hours after eating anything, and found what kept things the most reasonable and steady. Took a lot of test strips, but was well worth the effort. Bottom line for me and my wife is that "refined" carbs, white potatoes, white bread or anything made with white flour, can only be consumed in very limited amounts.

It's time to get out the soldering iron and mail a little package to Ohio, but it will have to wait, I'm going back to bed and hopefully sleep.
Maybe a little lunch first.

I just ate a late lunch, my leftover omelet and home fries, my belly is fully and my eyes are heavy. It's dark, gloomy and raining which isn't helping, I feel a nap coming on.

I never had that choice. Went to the doctor for an infection and they shipped me 200 miles away to have immediate surgery (2007). Then they kept me for two weeks while pumping me up with insulin. Previously up to this point in time, I was medication free.

Never had to take metformin, or any other diabetes drug and was no longer diabetic after about a year. Maybe I was just lucky, I don't know but I do know that when my wife did the same things her glucose dropped significantly as well and her metformin dosage had to be lowered.
Metformin strongly effects my brain. I toke it briefly and I couldn't judge timing or anything. So I didn't know when it was safe to cross the street or not. Now I know what it feels like when a wild animal tries to cross the street with traffic coming (confusing as hell). It also causes me severe muscle pain. Same thing happens to me while taking statins drugs. Then I learn that metformin has statins in them too. :(

Well I got the reply from Element, they must be comedians at their 2nd job or something. I told them to send the label.
Copied and pasted:
"Hi Daniel,

Apologies for this issues as the item listing was updated. The Lost Vape Drone you have received is the last brand-new Lost Vape Drone DNA167 and not the DNA250C.

We are sorry that the listing was not updated accordingly when it was sold. To rectify the situation, we’ll be happy to issue a $40 store credit if you would like to keep it. If not, we’ll be happy to send a prepaid return label to return it for a full refund if it is in original, brand-new condition."

That would amount to $290 including tax for last years model, these went for $155 at the end of their run, even a lot lower most places. $40 store credit is worth $20
Looks the same to me:

I don't know if anybody is interested in those Wismec Reuleaux Evolv DNA250 (Limited Version) which is bronze color (is it made of real bronze?). But VapeSourcing has them for under 70 bucks from their US warehouse no less. And if you get one, use coupon code China1001 for 12% off for that price.

Those Wismec Reuleaux Evolv DNA200 leaves a warm and fuzzy spot in my heart since they were my first DNA mods. Now look at me with like 25 DNA mods. Both of mine are still working flawlessly too. You probably need a 0.5mm spacer under your atty so you won't tear that shallow 510 apart. But otherwise they work great.
