Of course there was a recent study that showed salt usage had no correlation to blood pressure, but take that with a grain of salt.
The problem was with attys with longer than 4.6mm 510 pins. As that is as far as that Wismec pin can travel. Keep cranking it down and that plastic bottom tears or the pin pokes a hole right through it. Now the 510 pin doesn't spring back up anymore and is probably 5mm deep or further.I've never noticed the 510 being shallow on my Reuleaux dna200. Mine stopped powering up a few weeks ago. Probably a broken wire connection to the battery sled like with the RX200 mods I've fixed for friends.
When I was diagnosed as diabetic the first thing the doctor wanted to do was give me metformin. I told him to keep the prescription and let's see what diet changes and exercise can do, and he never mentioned either one. Never had to take metformin, or any other diabetes drug and was no longer diabetic after about a year. Maybe I was just lucky, I don't know but I do know that when my wife did the same things her glucose dropped significantly as well and her metformin dosage had to be lowered.
I think the problem is that they are in the "cure in a pill or injection" camp and subscribe to all the blanket recommendations that come down the pike. After all, if it's in a peer reviewed medical journal it must be right, right? Except those peers are all on the same, shall we say, supplemental income sources. It all turns into circular logic in the end and keeps the revenue stream flowing.
No problem. Lots of people hated them. Not my favorite nowadays except they were the ones that got me into DNAs. Yeah as long as if you are careful about screwing something really too deep, that silly 510 seems fine. The battery and 510 wiring are too thin to handle all of the amps at full power or even half power for that matter. And they are big, etc. So there are lots to hate.Reuleaux dna200, that was my 3rd 200 device. I sold it shortly after getting it. It was the 510 and the way it fit into the body that disappointed me. I didn't see anyway of replacing it without weakening the body's top.
This Drone reminds me of that one.
Sorry guys but other than battery life I hated mine. Had something to do with the feeling that I was carrying an engine block in my pocket.
I know, isn't that a hoot!Who shrunk my cheese? Wifey came home with a big block of our standard choice for american cheese, Kraft Deli Deluxe (not individually wrapped slices). The slices look like they're 20% smaller than before. Is nothing sacred anymore?![]()
I wasn't referring to the 510, I will take a look at it when I get a chance. No problem. Lots of people hated them. Not my favorite nowadays except they were the ones that got me into DNAs. The Drone uses a wimpy 510? No way, really? Lost Vape generally uses really nice 510s. That is surprising.

There was a big stink about the Wismec Reuleaux 510 in the beginning that Wismec came out with this response for those who damaged their 510s.The problem was with attys with longer than 4.6mm 510 pins. The 510 on the Drone is actually quite decent. It's screwed onto the mounting plate, it has a multi-wave 510 spring and good o-rings. The MAJOR problem is the press fit 90 degree feed tube, it leaks onto the positive battery posts. The Drone uses a wimpy 510? No way, really? Lost Vape generally uses really nice 510s. Are those the 7ml ones that FT sells? The bottle on the Drone that I have here is silicone, more stiff than Anita's but still fairly soft. I recall something about them changing bottles after the early release ones.
