I think the 200 is discontinued? Just as well, the 250 is a direct replacement & has 2 amp charging. Really helpful with Lipos & USB charging :)
I was hoping to see more of those 200's that said 250 on one side, they charged faster too... at least without data connection.

I could double check this again, but I believe both 75C and the 250C pulls 1A off of my computer ports. The dna Go pulls 800+ma too. While the 200 only pulls 500ma off of my computer port. I only got one DNA250 last week (a Wismec reuleaux DNA250 [bronze edition]). And I only hooked it up once and I seem to recall that one was pulling 1A from my computer port too.

This is a 200 board that I was talking about, the other side looks like a 200. After a bit of searching it seems it had the same charging characteristics as a 200....0.5 and 1 amp. Referred to as a DNA200 v2, very limited run.

Wow! Where did you get that one? Was that purchased separately from a mod? As it looks like it was never used yet, or someone did an excellent desoldering and clean up job. :) And I might be mistaken, but doesn't the DNA200 v1 have the fuse on the other side of the board?

This I copied and pasted from Evolv's support site, these were generally RMA replacements. It's a new board. Fuse is on correct side, both 200 and 250 has it on the same side.

Online now with a tablet. Hooray! Out of the dark ages, kind of. :)
Many of you probably remember how bad my cell signal is out here in the sticks. If that wasn't bad enough att dropped a rented tower approx 12 miles away so now I'm only getting signal from one tower approx 18 miles away.
I've been studying up on signal strength and cell boosters. I found out how monitor signal strength and I can get -99 dbm if I place my cell phone against a west facing exterior wall. With wireless hotspot turned on I can now sit anywhere in the house and stream vids on the tablet! Bigger screen too, bonus!
Still thinking about buying a cell booster but it seems from reviews that the interior antennas have very poor range, like 20ft. I would need a system with 3 interior antennas to have coverage throughout the house ($$$$). Seems strange that the output signal is so weak, my motorola cell wireless hotspot broadcasts from inside the house to halfway across my yard before loosing signal strength.

Got email from Element, my refund is approved and on it's way. It appears that they are sending me a check though they didn't say it, they said "free shipping 5 - 7 days"
SHIPPING METHOD:
Free Shipping (5-7 business days) - Free
What no tracking, I want tracking.....they took my bonus points away too.
I am relieved, I was a bit worried, at least they handled it quite well.
EDIT: according to their web site they should be refunding to my credit card.

Vt Inbox arriving anytime now.
Edit: it has arrived, smaller than expected. USB is "extra" recessed, doesn't like my cables, had to use theirs, that's what I use at work. Their supplied cables are good ones.
Had to set mod resistance, 0.04 (checked it)

I have one at my cabin in the Blue Ridge. The whole thing, both antennas and the amp, are spread out in the attic. It makes the difference between sketchy (at best) and pretty solid signal. Just one indoor antenna, and it's a fairly good sized place.

I don't have one my self, but have worked at Cottages in the bush, were an unusable cell signal was turned into 3 bars! If you have a weak cel signal? a Booster mite be a good investment :)

When I was with Sprint I had crap for a signal and put a booster in my attic with the antenna near the best window. It worked well, got 2-3 bars in my basement where prior I had none.

Switched to Verizon and didnt need it any more as they have a tower near me.

Wish digital TV antennas would work as good. Tried the same with the digital TV antenna and barely picked up 7 channels, and none of them were any good.
