what sled is the vt75 using? does anybody know?
It uses a tube with screw in bottom cap, most far east > 30 W now days use in-house connections made from pressed sheet metal as the flat spring ones on the market are so poor.what sled is the vt75 using? does anybody know?
Now that I have 3 Silo's on the way, I was looking at battery sleds and they all seem too big. I might just solder the battery in and use foam strips to wedge it into the case. I soldered a 18650 in my Hana mini clone with a DNA40 and it's been working great for over a year.
Damn, even Australia got theirs before you. Did you piss off your mail person?Picking boards up today. @mikepetro
I thought you made the chip, it says "Canadian SD chip" in the descriptionHappy Memorial Day to all the AmericansHope you enjoyed your day off?
I worked all day
This sled fits right in with just a little sanding down on the cornershttp://www.digikey.ca/product-detail/en/keystone-electronics/1042/36-1042-ND/2745668
The contacts might not be ideal , but they will do. There is a little ledge inside the silo that stops it from hitting the board, it's like it was designed to go in there
Whats up with this thing? Anyone have any info on it?

I saw those sleds on Amazon with another type that looked slimmer but both seemed too big from the given measurements.Happy Memorial Day to all the AmericansHope you enjoyed your day off?

With shipping, it'd be cheaper to order from Amazon. 2 of the Silo's are for DNA75's so they'll need sleds but the 3rd is for a DNA200 and I have a 950mah 3s for it.
The Keystone is what Evolv used in the Beta Mods, although most (including Evolv) thought it was mediocre solution at best. Voltage drop is a major enemy at 75w on a single 18650.The first link you posted looks like the one's I usedVery little needed to be sanded off the corners on one side to fit

I thought about taking one of my 950's and wiring it as parallel but I have a bunch of new 18650's so I was planning on using them. I don't vape more than 25w and if I want to go higher than 50w, I have 2 ERM+, BRD200, v200 and VS DNA200.The Keystone is what Evolv used in the Beta Mods, although most (including Evolv) thought it was mediocre solution at best.
