hey, willy! any idea why the terms of agreement specify 'not for retail or individual users'?Happy to hear you tried it, that stuff saves a lot of frustration if you can let it soak in and do it's thing for a couple days on a very corroded part. Wish I knew about it when I was still twisting wrenches, but then again on the line, seldom do you have a day or two to let it set. But for rusted bolts, just letting it set overnight can do wonders. And a little goes a long way, it's not really inexpensive but if you spray just enough to coat a part and not drown it till it's running off a can will last a long time. It has a permanent spot on my bench now! Here's a good "google" deal on kroil --> Google Deal

Thanks Mackman.T5 works (in those I got thru Modcrate).
Thanks Awsum, I wish I had a 0-80 tap around here. Gonna go with a torx bit I think.Personally, I tapped the holes with an 0-80 bottom tap and used my own, Philips head, screws. Much safer than those self tappers. Too many bad stories and what a pain if the snap inside the hole.
Thanks KTM. Picked this up at Home Depot and it worked like a champ.I got a torx multi bit screwdriver from Home Depot.

Why not just order 10 new ones? I just ordered 10 Tobeco KF5's. I have 5 KM3 and 9 KF4 (and 3 bad clones for spares)My spare parts box to support for the many mizers I novae accumulated

The dozen I still have boxed still have all their spare bits too. I threw in some extra tanks and extra 2-post decks. That is the misc parts that come with them, as well as the V1 bases that Mike replaced...might as well keep them.
That is the setup I standardized on. Have resisted trying all these new attys coming out. Now that I am FDA-Proof I might try a few though. The Avacado keeps catching my eye.I ordered two V2s that were listed on eBay or $16...shipped V1s, but no big. Still my standard setup and in point of fact, the V2 with the convertor is better than the V2 as I like the milled chimney extension.
