So finally the weak battery warning comes back @ 17% battery life remaining :)
Lowering the soft cell cut off did the trick :) I guess an 18650 is enough battery for 55 watt 3 second preheat :)
awsum140 I tried to remove the atty's hit the fire button & put them back on, funny thing mine don't prompt new coil?
They should! cause I cheat the resistance & set it .2 higher than actual, then lock it. To get that even better hit. My 200's all ways prompt new coil if un screwed & re screwed ??
hope you work it out, IMO it's the boards.
Off to the coal mines You's all have a good Day :)
What was the unloaded battery voltage when the weak battery message displayed?

I will try lowering down to 2.75 & see what happens :)
I use VTC5's 20 amp 2500 mAH :) I tried a VTC4 it has a bit higher Amp rating but lower mAH no significant difference :)
Catching up....

@Steamer861 John at Evolv recommends "2.8 is far more appropriate with an 18650" for a soft cutoff, but use 3.09 for Lipos.

Also the 2016-06-05 firmware was specifically released to minimize the "weak battery" annoyance. "we've reduced the aggressiveness of the Weak Battery warning to reflect the reality of the puff, not the preheat." I have been running it myself and I like it. Have not heard of anyone else who had issue with it either.

The reason it hasnt migrated to mainstream yet is simply because Evolv is really busy right now, trying to beat certain deadlines.

@awsum140 The only thing I have seen that sort of rembles what you are seeing had to do with profiles.

I.e. I was tweaking Profile#1 in Escribe, but Profile#5 was actually selected on the mod. Turned out Profile#5 had a NI curve in it. I was running TI and tweaking Profile#1 in Escribe and going nuts trying to figure out why the mod didnt seem to correlate.

The behavior I saw was real similar to what you are seeing though, worked ok for a little bit then went off into sub-tootle land.

I did "customize" a Ti profile for profile #1 using the preinstalled material type and setting power, preheat and such for my own preferences. I am certain I am on that profile and it is displayed on the DNA75 screen. The big problem seems to be that cold and live ohms go out of "reality" after it has been idle for a while with the same behavior over three boards. I'm sending one to Evovlv today to see what they can find.

It is such an unbelievably great price. At 1000+ pieces I think the wholesale cost of the board drops to about $35, even so, I dont see how they do it, unless it is just an inventory reduction thing.

Awesome! Order another one, had to pay shipping this time, they up the free shipping to $75 min order but the 10% off code washed out the shipping cost. This one will be for a DNA 75, I was going to pull a board from one of the two I have now but at this price you just can't beat it. Thanks for posting Squonk!

I wonder if hotcig is dumping them cheap since they come out with the new DR200.

Steamer, I put the DNA75 on my desktop this morning and reinstalled 05-02 firmware to no change. Then I installed the 06 "beta" with the voltage sag tweak, again no change. Then I reset the board to factory defaults with no change. I'm pretty confident there is no corruption in any of the files.

I'm seeing that the codes for ecig.com only work once for me which is kinda sucky, but for anyone else that needs a code,,,,

Ecig.com Coupon Codes for July 2016 (45% discount)

If one will not work keep trying the next one until you find one.

Some of the 10% codes I tried only returned a 5% discount...... keep trying until you get one at 10%,,and then don't waste it! :pop:

Yeah, if I didnt have already have plenty enough mods I would be all over this myself.
I'm in the same boat. I was really tempted though.

On the DNA75 front, I've had no issues with either of mine using Samsung 25r. I've vaped down to about 20% battery and no issues. I haven't check the monitor for voltage sag but the vape is excellent down to 20%. I usually charge between 20-40%

I just posted in the Micro Mod thread but if you guys are looking for a tiny mod, the Vaporesso Target Mini is amazing. It vapes and acts almost exactly like my DNAxxx mods. I got mine from VapeNW.

I'm not impressed with the Pico. Got burnt hits when I vaped a tank down to nothing (wasn't paying attention). I haven't had that experience in a while. Did the same on purpose with the TM and no burnt hits.

Two codes that worked for me in the past
vapedeals
BOCA10

Wonder if they are linked by cookies or to your account. Try using another browser or clearing all your cookies and cache, then placing them in the cart and add the discount code before you log in. If it takes the code then removes it after you log in then they are linked to your account.

Recently I went to Hobby King, looked at a battery I wanted to order and the lower price popup came up, inadvertently I went to another page and lost the lower price, I tried again the next morning and still didn't get the lower price popup so I just opened another browser I use and got the lower popup, apparently those are linked to a cookie.

Mike, those Hobby King cells you used for the DNA 75 build, did they have two copper tabs? I read in the feedback below one of those single cell listings that they were both copper, not sure which one is was now.
Both were aluminum tabs.
