Not I, hasnt been anywhere within a reasonable commute, nor online in any of the usual sources.
Agreed. NYC was closest to me. Think that ended. Still search daily on line & nothing. Greatest hope of FDA vaping Reform and they bury it.

Can't connect to the link. I'm not an advocate of how people are treated there; it's detestable. I am however frustrated by the release of murderers and those who encourage and instruct others in the art of murder.
if that's what they are then prosecute! pity you can't open the pdf -

I think Guantanamo Bay is an embarrassment to all Americans, and even more so as someone who voluntarily chose to serve and defend this country.

If someone is proven guilty of terrorism IN A COURT OF LAW, hang them by their chestnuts, I have no problem with that. However to imprison people, throw away the key, without due process, just because some secret military kangaroo court "labeled" them as enemy combatants goes against everything I thought America stood for.

I am ashamed.......

Sitting down, facing forward.
I don't want to get started on Gitmo, but the cost per detainee would drop if there were more detainees. Deplorable conditions, AC, three squares a day (tailored to their country of origin) and cable TV (380 channels if I remember correctly). The ones left are the worst or the worst an we're still letting them go. No sense in anything anymore.

Speaking of the USA, has the deeming affected any thing at all?
Seems to me, it's business as normal, despite the new legislation.
New products are coming out daily, no one seems to be, changing any thing because of the new legislation?
OMG!!!

Look at what just hit FT, I feel like we are going 10 years back in vaping history.....
I wonder if this is an attempt to satisfy "pre-existing"?

I see a fair # of places shutting down, or at least shutting down their mail order stuff.

Locally the shops seem to believe that if they had a certain flavor/strength available prior to 8/1/16 then they are covered and can still mix their own juice. Not sure that would stand up against the regs, but nobody has been brought to court by the FDA yet.

Until the FDA drags someone into court, not much else looks like it will change. I would just hate to be the poor ....... they decide to make an example out of.

Boy that took that strategy right out of the anti-gun playbook. In the last 4-5 years many states, like here in NY, have passed very vague gun laws. Even the legal branch of the state police here can't interpret them and tell us what is and isn't illegal. So most are playing it safe and staying away from what the police "might" consider an "assault weapon" because no one want's to be the poor sob that gets used as a test case. The end goal is gained, scare the people and keep them away from these types of firearms or in this case, scare ecig business owners into closing doors.
