Never warmed up to carab either. But hey, it been proven that dark chocolate is actually good for you. I prefer Venezuelan single estate myself.

Definitely gonna try it. Thought I would add in some fresh hazelnuts to kick it up a notch. Thanks for the salt tip Steamer.
