Yeah, I just got done building some spare deck's, I can't go backwards now. Last year I followed suit like many of us here and stockpiled gear, nic, PG & VG, I'm set for at least 7 years, likely 10. If and when the day comes that I have to buy I'll look underground, I won't be going back to prebuilt tootle puffer's again. But I don't think we should worry yet, I truly think the FDA is going to get it's wings clipped, exactly what Pruitt said he's going to do with the EPA.
But none of these designs are TC designs right. Ultimately they are not as safe as our equipment today. This is where I thought Evolv would step up and add TC to this class of equipment & it would be mandated to minimize possibility of hazards.
If BT see's a opportunity to make money on these they'll bring out their own "independent" test results showing it's safer then anything else on the market. Remember, they paid for false tests and lied under oath the tests showed smoking was safe. I wouldn't buy BT vape gear even if it had an evolv board in it. BT would, but Evolv is the recognized authority on TC and the leader in vape Tech in the industry responsible for setting up safety testing in first place. They are in a perfect position to bury BT in facts that are inconvenient. Either BT submits to recognizing that TC is safer than non-TC or they will have to pay off the pols to remove all of the Deeming by saying regulations on vaping are no longer necessary, but they can't have it both ways IMO.
Trump is the only one who would be likely to repal the predicate date & ease the deeming and he is unlikely to last two more months in office with the forces allied against him. Youtube internet advertising deals have been revoked today for InfoWars at least and it is assumed others will follow in an effort to force bankruptcy on conservative information websites. This follows the accusations that some unfortunate phrasing one 1.5yr old video paints Milo as advocating pedophilia despite having regularly condemned the practice throughout his journalistic career. Milo has resigned from Breitbart to spare them from being targeted & lost his book deal. Simply put, the CIA is ushering in an all out assault on conservative freedom of speech in order to silence Trump's most ardent supporters who have regularly publicized Media Bias.
That tells me they are coming after Trump for removal or incapacitation shortly. They won't let him drain the swamp, they will take him out first. Pence is unlikely to intervene.

True but the problem is the government always lined their pockets and took in taxes from BT, with all the lies coming from the left these days and knowing they could profit if BT was the leader in vape sales it wouldn't matter what evolv testing shows, BT carries a stacked deck. Our best hope is the Trump administration will see past this, see how vaping saves lives and can without BT lining their pockets.

Don't worry, Trump isn't going anywhere. Why do you think he's attacking the media harder now? There is a method to his madness. Polls show he's deemed more trustworthy than the media (45% vs 42%). He also has the majority support of the police force as well as the military.
The alt-left is going crazy and their crazy is starting to become more apparent to the rest of the country. There are people that were in the middle that moved to the right because of the crazy left. I was independent and switched to Republican because of the left early on and it's just gotten much worse.
The CIA is much less effective trying to manipulate the government because of social media and the speed of the internet.

I agree KTM, I've seen the violent actions and rhetoric of the far left shift the thinking of several of my Dem friends. It's not what they or the majority want to see so the far left may be loosing more constituents than they are gaining.
I have to admit though, I didn't watch the vid. Hate to start my day ...... off.
