Sitting down, facing forward.
The local news has been "featuring" a story about a local arrest that involved someone in possession of several THOUSAND "cartridges" for e-cigs filled with "herb" oil. They also cite another six or eight arrests invovling the same thing over the last year in the same area. Just what vaping needs, another "save the children" argument. It was only a question of time before this happened, though.

You can see the higher voltage on my two 15 year old Triton RC chargers. I can dial in up to 2.5A for 3.7v lithium cells. 5A for other types of cells. And no CC phase is ever going to get 1A @ 4.2v. Not if the cell is 3.2v or higher. I could even set my two CC/CV power supplies at 2A @ 4.20v to a 18650. And it won't deliver 2A either. I have to raise the power supply to way over 4.20v before the cell will take 2A.
I'm not disputing your empirical results, but I have to say that this makes no sense at all. Model the cell as a voltage source with a series resistor of 10 or even 20 mΩ. With a 1 V difference, 50 to 100 amps should flow...

Why does Samsung need to apply 20v to a cell to get it to charge at 20A? By your reasoning, all you need is 4.20v and just limit the current at 20A.

Like I said, it makes no sense at all. That means I can't explain it. ;)

I don't have a lab supply with which to try to replicate your experiment here in FL, but I up at my office in PA, so the next time I'm there, which may not be until August, I'll try to remember to do that.

You think I'd give FB my read DOB? :D

I have yet to enter my correct birthday in any forum. I am consistently amazed at how many personal details people voluntarily give while decrying governmental and corporate intrusion.

I'll never be a FB user, you might as well have your cell phone and computers directly connected to the NSA. No thank you, my life is no less richer without FB. ;)
I kinda got roped into creating a new account by some of the folks in one of the threads here on ECF, but I can't remember the last time I actually logged in. And there is no fracking way I'd ever put the FB app on my phone.

From the top all the way to under the coil air flow :) From the makers of the "Merlin" a Mike Fakes collaboration. Looks interesting :) Should be leak proof? ETA June 30.

Dont care for the manhole size driptip, but this could be interesting.

Augvape was off my radar since the Merlin, got tired of wiping off mods and never looked back to any of their offerings.

In 1633, the Ottoman Sultan Murad IV cracked down on a practice he believed was provoking social decay and disunity in his capital of Istanbul. The risk of disorder associated with this practice were so dire, he apparently thought, that he declared transgressors should be immediately put to death. By some accounts, Murad IV stalked the streets of Istanbul in disguise, whipping out a 100-pound broadsword to decapitate whomever he found engaged in this illicit activity.

So what did Murad IV find so objectionable? Public coffee consumption.

In Istanbul, Drinking Coffee in Public Was Once Punishable by Death
