I just inherited a wiener dog, it came as a package deal with the new wife. Funny thing is that the little rodent now lives at my house, but the wife still lives 2.5 hours away.
I was told it was easier to "show" her house to perspective buyers without the dog being there........
If you take a small throw, fold it over so there is two layers and prop the top to make an opening he can get his nose into I wonder if he would take to getting inside & under the blanket like ours does. He started that on his own, we didn't teach him that. Now I'll hold the blanket up, call him and he'll come running to get inside the covers.
Our's barks at everything and everybody, and he's LOUD! It amazes me that much noise can come of such a small dog, it's so bad makes my ears ring if I'm in the same room when he cuts loose. The wife thinks it cute, I tell him to stop and he does if she's not here, he doesn't listen to me as well when she's home, he's just like a spoiled little kid.
