No ceiling light in that room, even if there was it's not enough light to see well enough inside the safe. The 12 rifles sit side by side very close to each other and you have to be careful taking them in or out or the finish on the stocks can get scratched easily. My safe is packed a lot tighter than the one in that picture, it's laid out differently too, no shelves along the side, it's rifles all around the three walls with selves above them for the handguns.

Gun safes, meh. If I'm at home my sawed off 12g is my "safe". If I'm not home they'd just wheel my safe out on a dolly and open it later, like they did to my cousin. A key locked closet is all I use, just to keep children out.

This old 1890's house, they didn't build many closets back then, there is only one and belongs all to my wife. Having kids here at times is why I have the safe otherwise I wouldn't. I just wouldn't be able to live with myself if one of my grand kids got ahold of one of my guns and got hurt or killed. My daily carry gun sets on my desk, doubles as my home gun, I slide that in the safe too when they come over.

I'm not a bad shot by any means but in a short range situation I feel 12g 00 buck is more accurate than a pistol. I've never had the urge to carry. I can see why some do though.

Yeah I won't argue with the shotgun, I keep my 870 loaded in the safe and I'd go for that if I had time to get it open. If I didn't have time I'm very confident inside the house distance, if your where I can see you (not hiding) I can hit you with my 1911. I use to shoot bullseye pistol competition and I became certified to teach the pistol course that the judge here requires must be completed when he issues a permit.

After I lost my leg and started having bad enough spine problems I gave up the competitions and teaching the classes, I'll leave those for the younger guys now. I've been around guns since I was a kid, grew up with them but I grew up in the country so...

I made one of those swing down pistol trays built into an end table for a customer. Activated by sliding a magnet against the side of the table top instead of that card shown in the vid. The magnet was epoxied to the bottom of a coffee cup. The only downside was you'd have to dump your coffee in the event of an intruder. Lol

Sheesh, who leaves a safe just sitting there? It should be bolted to the floor and/or wall. Tapcons for a concrete floor, lag bolts for wood. Use fender washers under the heads.

Well that Think Vape Finder 250C didn't last long. Last night a door magnet came loose. Been here before, so I glued it and let it set overnight. Put the cover back on today and tossed a Kayfun 5 on it and vaping all day at about 12 watts. And I just popped the battery cover off to check on that magnet and the batteries were smoking hot. So I quickly ejected them and measured the temp by IR and they were 170F. This is why I don't like internal battery mods. As you can't quickly eject the batteries.

Armed with an ohm meter, it is pretty easy to figure out which contact is the ground and which is the positive of the pack without taking anything apart. So I ohmed the plus and minus and it is nearly a dead short. Connected the mod to USB and the board seems fully functional. So it appears to me the positive battery wire is likely pinched inside of the mod and finally shorted. I sure lucked out there. As I just pulled it out of my pocket and three 18650s were probably going to go into thermal runaway very soon.

If anyone is a pistol shooter here's some info on Bullseye Pistol Matches, this is the league I use to shoot on Interstate Pistol Association It's a lot of fun and you'll hone your skills, it's not a run and gun sport, it's more precision, "Bullseye". Below is a video I helped the league put together, nothing fancy and somehow the copy they got has audio, it was supposed to be silent, we just wanted to show how the matches run. Anyways, just thought someone might like to see what it's all about and maybe give it a try. All are welcome on the firing line (of legal age and legal to use handguns) we had men and many women, ages ranging from 21 to... very grey.

The decks are for the Supreme V1/2 Will NOT fit OG Aromamizer
The V1 Supreme's are obsolete now, So only choice is a V2, FT has them for $29 to $31, depending on the colour you choose.

I found a website selling them for the same price they only have the original colours, no Blue or Red

Last Thursday night around 9 PM I sat my Protovaper DNA250 with 25 mm K5 down on my desk as I had been using it. I put my 75C Spade in my pocket and off to work I go. Upon arrival back home the 250/K5 are no where to be found. The kitchen trash was checked then checked again, I even took it to work and checked it really good a 3rd time. I have checked everywhere/everything multiple times. Only my wife and son were home but malice is not suspected...maybe something on the stupid side though. I have been consumed with this for a few days now.
This was the last one that Protovapor made and even with the Spade it was my favorite mod. Below pictured with TGT4.
