This room is dimly lit and I didn't notice until those pics that this mod is a mess after that juice leak. I just wiped it down in paper towels in the dark and it looked ok to me.

Speaking about cleaning, I haven't cleaned out my vape toolbox in about 3 years. And yesterday I cleaned it out of stuff I don't even use anymore. Even my first cigalike was in there too. Gee lots of room in there and I can actually find things now right away.

And because of the laws in NY I had to hold onto the old ones and once a year register with the county to show up in a 30 min window on one certain day to recycle them, it's the only legal way to dispose of them here, the trash guys won't take them.

Back in the 70's and 80's I used to take the bad ones, break the end, brush out the phosphorus coating, mix with paint, and I had paint that glowed in black (UV) light. No PPE so I guess I should be dead now huh?

Wow that is horrible! Those 4 bad screens, were they from the same lot or something? I can think of 11 mods I have off of the top of my head that I have with color screens and I've never seen this. Although I do have over 20 spare color screens in stock. You know, in case I ever need them.

As a matter of fact they are, they were from the first batch of 250c's & spare screens I purchased.
Some of these screens are problematic, they use the same screen in the "Boxer Clone" (dual20700 BF'er) I have seen post with screen issues with them also :(
You really can't blame Evolv, I'm certain they out source these screens!

And people tease me for having too many mods!

Thanks for posting this! At least now I know there are folks with more serious issues than Me :D

Incase anyone is interested in the Boxer Clone, for cheap! $29 here's a link :)
SXK Boxer Squonk 200C VAPE Mod - legendgadget
I'v never heard of this site before, so don't take my word that they're Trust Worthy!
A lot of people really like this Clone & this is the best price I'v seen it for :)

BTW a DNA 250c fits in this clone & can be swaped over fairly easy :)

Well here it is, that VapeShell is a PiTA, I'm going to get one of those MF bridges down the road to use the ceramic coils with it. The Silver panels have been insulated against shorting and I still need to put some decent wire profiles on it. ;)

Nice! A lot of upgrades on that BB :) Did he give you all the stuff that came with it? If he did you can try the SubTank Rebuildable coil head, all thou it's not my first choice, it does work OK :)
Another thing I wish I would have done & will next time I connect mine to E-Scribe, is speed up the 2 welcome screens! I waste the first 3 or 4 seconds with the BB & Dino Doug Logo, there is an option were you can still use them, but speed up there appearance :)

Your warranty tag has all ready been removed, so just pop off the button holder & connect it!
Just be careful with the screen lead :) Thats assuming you have the DNA60 USB Board?

Wow, that really is a different mod, stunning. A lot of thought went into those, it's nice to see mods break the mold, it's overdue and things were getting boring. Still hoping for a better connection then the old 510 screw on.

BTW, that's not really pure silver, is it?? Nah.. too soft.

Thanks, and no the only silver is the coin that goes into Albert's pocket for those panels, he has them in gold as well. ;) You would have to be familiar with his store, the TRVP (TRAP) stuff is his slogan, people go in for a few simple things and come out with their wallet a few hundred dollars lighter. He's an awesome retailer, you ask him in private message about things he has for sale and he'll do you up a web discount code on the spot.

The atomizer positive post in the Billet Box just presses against a contact in the bottom of the tank cutout. There is a screw down metal drip tip adapter on top which makes the ground connection and keeps the atomizer firmly connected.

@Steamer861 if you ever get tired of changing 250C screens you can always pop in a Voltrove V3 PWM piggy back board. It's made to fit right into the 250C mounts. ;)

I love my PWM, it's a totally different vape than other regulated boards. :vapor:

Looks like a good start from scratch project board :) But a retro fit? Were's the usb?
Most of my 250c's are lipo powered, how would I charge them? :(
I have 4 more spare screens, So I'm good for a bit :)
I watched a few videos on lipo powered PWM mods, they look nice for Big Power!
I'm a 45 watts kind of Guy & TC is my main stay :)

Hey Willy. I remember when fluorescent lighting was efficient lighting. Who'd a thunk LEDs would come along and knock them out of the box, and by a major factor?

I know it! I was thinking last night, when my grandparents were kids they grew up using oil lamps, horse and buggy and outhouses, what would they think of the gadgets we have today? It's amazing how far we have advanced in what really is a short time. Thanks to the ET's

Nope it's just everything you see there along with the stock black panels (tamper proof sticker still attached), no other bridges. It was NIB at some point but it's all good by me.

Yes I really need to plug this into eScribe it is DNA 60. I have custom screens on all of my units and will probably keep the stock boot up screens with a few changes (timeout etc).

I was looking at Friendly Flipper's BilletSmart USB cable to make a copy of it, should just be a matter of unhooking the screen and holding it in place as I already have a collection of header strips. I do have a cart with their MF bridge (non MTL) and a pack of the EUC ceramic's, comes to $92.15 CAD with taxes and Expedited shipping. I just need to decide if I really want to spend that much on a little metal tube. ;)

Here is their USB jig for the BB.
