    I absolutely loved them.
Hmmm, it's my beater mod. All tanks after a fresh re-wicking goes on there first in case of leaks. 3 weeks after purchase all I had to say was 'boo' and a new paint scratch would appear. Whenever bored I'd add do a little thumbnail paint remover work. She's pretty raw now. No complaints at all and I still have a spare new black battery door.

That is so weird. None of mine did that. But they say the same thing about the Triade and the Reuleaux too. Never had paint come off on them either. The only mod I ever had paint come off was a black RX200. That one would have paint falling off of it if you just looked at it.

TrollDragon I always wanted that Bumble Bee. Couldn't find yellow doors, but I do have some yellow plasti-dip ;)
Would probably hold up better, mine is starting to chip on the edge.

It was a frenzy on FT 2 1/2 years ago with everyone from the VT133 thread on VU snatching up all the doors and the $80 mods from Ecig. Those were good times.

Yeah but... how did it feed with the thinned tails?
Well maybe I should clarify, "I went really thin on the rayon this time for me."
Well I definitely went too thin with the rayon on the Plus. It didn't leak when I just wet the bottom of the tank. But adding lots of ml in the tank it does. Do I need pics Willy when I take it apart? I've been limping by closing and opening the juice control all of the time.

I can't wait to try those Vapor Storm NI80 4Core Fused Clapton coils that Steamer861 told me about. But they are in China right now. And then there are those Tsuka's that TrollDragon mentioned too. ;)

On the Plus deck with dual 3.5mm coils a single strand of my Sally's fits perfectly.
I pull both wicks through the coils, take a pick and fluff out the ends and cut the tails off 1mm from the edge of the deck. Then I split those tails in half horizontally and cut off the upper part 1-2mm from the edge of the coils. Tuck the remaining bottom half of the tail down into the juice well. This is just a bend and tuck you want to fill the well but not pack it in tight. Also make sure there is no wick poking through the holes on the bottom of the deck, you want the tails to basically just rest in the well as far down as the holes.

It takes getting onto for coil/tail density, I run 80% min VG juice and this is what works for me. I still have times where I really don't want to rewick a build because the vape is exceptional and I just know the rewick will not be the same. I just scrape/wet paper towel rub the coils and continue on for another day.

Every tank and build is a little different with Rayon, you will need more tail inthe well with a single coil on the regular deck. For single coils on it I run them at 5mm which leaves lots of tail to work with. ;)

Is today Hcigar Vt series Appreciation Day? Well, let me jump in on this!

She's got some miles on her. She's my daily driver for work for the past 2'ish years now. She's been dropped many many times, stepped on, had solder splashed on her, PVC glue and primer, dropped down a few flights of ductwork, knocked into a running furnaces.

Second board inside her. I decided when replacing the board i would solder in 2 Sanyo 20700A's, held together with kapton tape and good ole hot glue . They're too big for the mod and very close to the outer diameter of the mod itself, so everytime i drop it i end up denting the cells...... Nothing catastrophic happened.....yet. She's a skucoom choocher.

That's the way I cut and trim the tails on my v1 & v2 mizer decks except I thin them down to about 25%, I really don't think the amount you thin is as critical and some say but I do agree they should be thinned by at least 50%. Than again, it will depend on your build, the atty you're using and how thick or thin your juice is. Main thing is keeping the coils from starving, after that then what ever works for you is what you should stick with, it's trial and error. My :2c:

I've about had it with the 75C, much as I love the mods I built for them. The third of four I bought just failed. A 75% failure is not acceptable to say the least. I'm renaming it to the DNA75POS.

How did they fail? If you don't mind Me asking? Besides the screens, I have had Zero failures with My C chips, I'm running 8 total :)
Hope I didn't just jinx Myself!

    Sitting down, facing forward.
The first one did the white screen first, then would shut off for no reason randomly. Eventually it wouldn't turn on, then turn on but you couldn't get one lousy hit off of it. The other two just did the shut off thing. I'm tired of taking mods apart to send boards back.

Yeah, my original DNA200s are still running and on their second batteries. Reliable! Heck, even my original 75s and 40s are still running after years of use. I can't get six months out of a 75C. The 200C is still working, though, so maybe there's hope for that.
