Looks like they might have gotten the idea from a box of Sally's rayon. (except length)

If it's Organic Cotton from China? Why would this be any Better/Easier than the KGD pads?
For me the KGD pads are the best! I get very nice consistency by cutting equal size strips :)
IMO all these fancy cottons with shoe laces & every thing else, are a Waste of $!

Yes to both. I met Shelagh first on the FT forum about shipping times to Canada. After that I met up with her in person numerous times. Great lady. She bought SS430 for me from Unkamen, and Inawera Shisha Strawberry when it was hard to get up here, I've bought her 1Liter of Nic, and other crap. Money exchanged hands when we met up and never any issue. She'd usually give me a box or two of crap that I'd give to others. tanks, wire, concentrates, etc.We have an Amish area nearby. Bruce made us quite a bit of furniture. No electricity in the home, but his massive workshop did have electricity. When he'd phone (we have caller id) and I'd answer saying Hi Bruce, there was silence on his end. Musta surprised him.:)

They are a very tight knit group, tick one of them off and they all will hate you forever, we are on that list. My wife saw one of them using a whip on a horse through town on a blazing hot July day, the horse was sweating profusely, she said to the man, "How would you like it if someone treated you that way?". Since that day almost every buggy, not all but most, that goes past here, they slow to a crawl and walk the horse once they are in front of our house, then speed back up. If you know about horses you'll know why they do that, hint: it's something horses will only do while standing still or walking, never running or trotting. They are vindictive and petty.

Thinking about what I said and I should clarify so not to paint all Amish with a broad brush, I'm talking about the group of them that live here, that shouldn't reflect on all Amish people. This group, about a hundred or so, moved up here from PA, most of them age of 35 and under. The word is they broke off from another group because they didn't like how restrictive the community was in PA, it's looking like that was indeed the case.

I have always admired the Amish, their simpler way of life and the fact they are willing to forgo the conveniences of the modern world to stick with their traditions, morals and the fact they believe it's living the way God want's them to. The group that lives here, they don't act the way I expected, I think it's because they are trying to have one foot in each world.

I have been corrected by my boss. Apparently these are Mennonites.
Funny enough, we wanted furniture so I said to wifey, let's go find some Mennonite people. We drove to a place called St. Jacobs where there's a big market. I followed a stunning redhead who was driving a 2 seater open top carriage out of town. IIRC we just stopped at 2 or 3 farms where there were no cars, till I found Bruce.

Apart from no electricity in their home, I don't think they had a shower either.

Well people lived that way not all that long ago, my grandparents grew up using horse and buggy, no electricity, phone or inside plumbing, most people back then grew their own food, cut wood for heat, hunted, fished and had livestock, that was how you survived. We have all the conveniences today and we forget how far we have come in really a short time. Our life's are "better" (I guess) and easier today with all the progress but we've also forgot how to be self sufficient. Should we face a SHTF scenario today, the people living in the big cites would be screwed in just a few days if the government couldn't provide for them, those living in the country would have a better chance but without the knowledge of how to be self sufficient they might as well be with the city dwellers. The Amish and Mennonites on the other hand would carry on with life as usual.

ETA: I'd be dead within a week without the internet....

Nice thought, but those screwed city people know where to get food when the SHTF, our cellars and gardens!, and in all seriousness, they'll kill for it.

Welcome to the end time scenario.

True, it would not be a pretty world to live in.

I've discovered something the last few days that has been groundbreaking for my vaping. I've been vaping more and more with the Ni200 clapton wire in the Merlin's, a few days ago I forgot to turn the juice control back on after refilling and started to get a dry vape. That's when I discovered if I loosen the top fill cap and screw it back tight it acts as a pump, letting air in and pushing a tiny bit of juice into the wicks, then I get a huge boost of flavor and vapor. So then I tried dripping a couple drops down through the chimney tube directly to the coil in my mizers, same thing. This tells me I'm not getting enough juice to the coils, I need to revisit how I'm wicking my coils, I'm obviously doing something wrong. I've always used rayon and I've always packed the coils with as much as I can without bending the coils then trimming the tails. I tried not trimming the tails at all and that doesn't matter, I tried just leaving the cut ends sitting on top of the juice wells of the Merlins, just enough to keep them from flooding, while it's better, it's still not as good as dripping or forcing juice on the coils. Maybe it's time to try cotton again, I have some bags of cotton bacon that were freebies, think I dig them out. Any other suggestions?

You will never get the wick in a tank to match the saturation or flavor level of a freshly dripped coil.

I pull Rayon through the coil with the Leatherman. Thumb nail on the edge of the coil and haul the strand on through, thin the tails and tuck. If I want amazing flavor I have squonkers for that. ;)

I find that you get amazing flavor with cotton for the first day them is falls off quite rapidly, by the third day your rewicking...

+1 and the reason why I have only one rta in my vaping arsenal. TC squonkers are the pinnacle of vaping.
