They are (juul), sort of, going down the path of BT. BT added all kinds of crap to make nicotine absorb better, despite additional health consequences. juul is using nicotine salts, with no or reduced throat hit, to achieve the same overall effect. Not a good thing, IMHO. From a marketing perspective, pure genus though.
The flavour shots will only work with non flavoured, they are saying only tobacco flavoured juice will be sold. Wonder if they will allow unflavoured? Kind of doubt it, this would leave the door open to just adding flavour shots! Any way, I can see a huge increase in DIY'ers coming soon 
I agree, however that will unfortunately lead to a shut down in the supply of nic. Once they shut down pre mix flavors they will have to clamp down on that "black market" (as it will be labeled) because that's where the experimenting and rebellious kids will be getting it. If they managed to keep 100% of smokes, vapes, weed, etc from the kids they would rediscover smoking poke weed as the generations before us did.

I believe it is a sinking ship due to electronic cigarettes. The UK predicts smoking will be gone there by 2030, thanks to electronic cigarettes. But if you destroy vaping, cigarettes sales increase once again. Even after Trump's hint of banning flavors, tobacco stocks rose.

Bill the future is young people! As the father of 2 young men, I can tell you young people aren't going to sustain the tobacco industry! The old smokers are dying off daily! So there you go a Sinking Ship! Vaping isn't going any were! If they could have stoped it it was several years a go & that ship sailed!

Take away their JUUL with 50mg of salt nic to give them that buzz, they will just switch to easy to get cigarettes. And thanks to all of the additives, will be as hard to quit as herion. Thus a fresh new generation hooked.

Don't bet on it, my niece smokes and she is 16. So does her friends. Why? They are easy to get.
