They are usually shipped about 80% charged. I won't tell you to wait any longer; throw one in your mod while the others are charging.

That's definitely what I wanted to hear! I will be ripping open that box and popping in a battery as soon as i see it!
Turns out they didn't come today.....they are sitting at the post office till tomorrow I guess. Grrrr. I have actually been traveling around town with my empty Reo examining it and raising the door up and down whenever I get a free minute. This suspense is murder.

Furius, congratulations on acquiring a truly magnificent vaping instrument!
My Reo Grande (snazzy anodized satin black) sits beside my computer and is in use every day. I'm paranoid about losing it, so it stays in my home office and never goes anywhere else (taverns, for instance).

Thanks a lot mostly! I can't wait to try it! I would be paranoid too if i were you. I plan on getting a woodville if after I fall in love with my grand so I can have 2. Then after that a mini for good measure!
I have a rage inducing update. My tracking info shows delivered yet no delivery of my batteries. I ordered them from lighthound. I don't know if they will replace them or not yet...I sent them an email. I'm mostly just ...... because I'm sitting here with juice in my mouth from my clearomizer and I had fully planned that by the end of the work week I would be kicking back and vaping on my Reo. So......anyone in the Philadelphia area wanna sell a battery? Lol!!! I'm searching for stores in my area right now that might sell these batteries but I think I'm cooked for now. It probably won't be until next week until I'm finally able to use my Reo. Damn, and I was so excited at the prospect of vaping in a luxury box in the Wachovia Center for the UFC fight on Saturday. My Reo came so quick too, ordered on Friday.....arrived on Monday. These batteries didn't ship until Monday and I ordered them the same time as my Reo.

Aw that really sucks furius. I ordered from lighthound once too and took over 2 weeks to get here, BUT I'm way up in canada so everything takes longer to reach me.
And I just wanted to echo mostlyclassics warning about taking your reo places. Someone here in my part of town had their grand stolen from them at a bar. So if and when you take your reo out - keep it in your hand at all times! It takes a pretty low down person to steal a valuable possesion, but to steal a reo from someone is beyond criminal.

That's awful to hear of a Reo being stolen! I'm gonna get a holster for mine and get extras just in case.

I feel for you. I had possession of my Grand a full week before my batteries & charger showed up.
Thanks for the info Mudflap, I am seriously considering a drive out there on Friday. When I started this thread my biggest concern was my battery catching fire. Now I'm so amped to try my Reo I would risk a thermo nuclear meltdown just for a single pull on my Reo, lol!!!
No problem, sir. You could call ahead and ask Randy to put a couple of 18650's on the charger. He knows the ways of the Reonauts.
Good news! Talked to my mailman today and he apparently misdelivered my shipment to my neighbor, he gave them to me today. I placed an order last night anyway with RTD Vapor for 2 batteries, a multimeter and a charger which is fine with me. Its good to stock up.
So right now I am vaping on my new Reo, and all I can say is......WOW!!! I haven't felt hits and vapor production like this since back when I was a dripoholic. Unfortunately I couldn't maintain dripping forever because obviously its a hassle and a half and you spend more time dripping then vaping. I have searched long and hard for a unit to give the satisfaction of those dripping days without the hassle. The Reo appears to do one better. It not only gives the satisfaction of dripping but also removed the hassle of nearly every complaint I had with carts and cartos. Even the tank I have was more of a hassle than this and that was the most hassle free I felt until now. The problem with that was I sacrificed good flavor for convenience. I went to clearomizers recently becaused i desperately wanted some clean flavor....i recieved it however than i had the hassle of refilling with a syringe again and then the notorious inconsistency began again like it always does. Sometimes i got a good draw but most time i got a mouth full of juice or a dry burn because the wicking was off. Uggghhh. The Reo gives me more convenience (hard to believe) and also gives me that allusive satisfying vape of full flavor and hit with nearly every pull. Wow....reonauts.......you guys weren't kidding. I have been vaping since October of 2009 and I have gone through a ton of units. It was about time I found the Reo. Its just like they say....its not about how you start....its how you finish...

Sounds like you're already enjoying it, once you get the "blind squonk" down pat, even using it while you're driving is a breeze. If I haven't already said it, welcome to REOville

Thanks ancient! You guys helped calm me down. I'm well on my way now! Its my pleasure getting the squonk down. I've been on a vaping binge since I started using my grand. I'm looking less and less at my well. This thing is such a pleasure to use its practically glued to my palm! I can see now why you guys are so content around here. I've been vaping a long time but I find myself saying to myself, "Ahhhhh....so this is vaping..."
