I vape in my house cuz, well it's my house. My name is in the loan and not hers, so I do as I please, within reason. If she threatens to cut off the nookie, then I'm going outside.

Just be philosophical; one day menopause will make that stop anyway. :D

yeah, that's where the whole "yes dear" bs winds up coming from in the first place  "yes dear" has nothing to do with right or wrong because you are always wrong anyway, give it some more years bro, you'll get it :)

OK guys, am I the only female in here that think the whole "happy wife happy life" thing is bull pucky?! Of course you want a happy wife, but I want a happy husband too. I do not want a yes man, I want to discuss and compromise on the important issues. And no, I am not young and idealistic, I have just learned from mistakes and have grown up enough to realize that you have to be good to each other, not demanding and shrewish. Men don't need to go the dictator route either for goodness sake! It's called respect and love for each other. SMH

Sorry for the slight rant, I just get a little miffed at these stereo types. (both sides)

I do too, and I like to keep my husband happy as well, because he's a real PITA when he's not. But I think that's the whole point really: learning that one's mate's happiness is important for your own. And if your mate feels that way too, then they won't impose irrational demands on you. Being forced to not vape in one's own home is extremely irrational, no matter how you cut it.

lol. Thought the name of this thread was to funny ! I noticed though my front window gets all hazed up from vaping.

That happens a lot more in winter than when it's warmer. VG and PG is condensing on the cold surface. It has not smell though and cleans off cleanly with Windex, unlike smoke.

Your absolutely right ! And it's real cold here now !

Freezing! I'm a new vaper and I like that I can now puff away in my car without it stinking. I have started to notice the hazing too building up on my windshield. Beats having the windows open and freezing while smoking cigs though!

DomDoobie, I see you're from Staten Island - I work there. Any vape shops you can recommend?

But yeah - sorry to slightly veer it off the topic.

Alawot - I agree with a few others here. You should try to encourage your wife to join you on the vape journey. I too feel that she is looking for an excuse to keep you in the garage because she misses your company out there. Once she realizes how much better vaping is, you guys will be nice and cozy inside on cold winter days vaping away while watching netflix together on the couch. Just like me and my girlfriend! lol

Everything on Staten Island is overpriced. If I need something expensive I order online. sweetvapes.com is good. For juices I use breazy.com out of NJ. Best people you'll ever deal with. If you go to breazys home page there is currently an offer to get 40% of your first order. Definately do it ! However on Staten Island The Carter Vaporium on Hylan Blvd in Great Kills is good and the 2 people that work there are knowlegable and helpful. Nicole is hot lol and knows her stuff and Rainer the Phillipino guy is super knowlegable and really cool

+1 on sweet-vapes.com. Their Blueberry Muffin is the only ejuice I still buy, because so far I can't make that flavor myself. :grr: Good prices on AW batteries and some of their hardware.

My girlfriend is an ex-smoker, but she has agreed to let me stay in the house and vape. She said it smells better than the smoke she smelled when I smoked right outside the front door! She did say it smelled like incense so if she complains, I just burn some incense that she likes. One thing for sure is that my lungs feel better now and the smell of smoke is nauseating. I haven't smoked a cig since 01/05/15 and tghe craving stopped in about 3 days. I was more hooked I think to going outside every 30 minutes to smoke. I was hooked on a routine!!
