I found this price comparison and thought I would share it and show that the Canadian vendors are all in the same price range (except SmokeNV) Anyway, I am a satisfied customer from Capitalnicfit.

I thought the following is pretty clear :

-Coupon code instructions for shipped orders are on their home page.

-flat rate $8 shipping is per order ..NOT per item...

SmokeNV (local smokeshop)... 5 pre-filled cartridges $30+tax= $34.18
Mapleleafvapes...30ml $17.99 (+tax)(*) = $20.32+shipping($8)..2-6days .....$28.32/ 30ml -10%=$25.49
Elektrajuice.....30ml $17.99+tax= $20.32+shipping($8)..2-5days .....$28.32/ 30ml
Jugheads........DIY....n/a (**)capitalvapes...N/A
Happyvaper....N/A
Gentlemansreserve..30ml $14.99+tax= $16.94+shipping(10$)...2-6 days ...$26.94/ 30ml
Juicyclear.......Min.2x30ml $22.99x2= $45.98+tax,free xpress shipping 1-3days ...$25.97/30ml
Electrovapers...30ml from ($17.99 to $25.99)+tax=($20.32 to $29.37)+shipping($9) 1-3days ...$29.32 to $38.97/ 30ml
Vaporium......30ml $18.99+tax= $21.45+shipping($6.50) 2-6days ...$27.95/ 30ml
Capitalnicfit....30ml $25 tax included+shipping($8) 1-6days shipped ...$25.00 if in Ottawa for local delivery/$26.40 after shipping discount if shipped

If only we could have the pricing that the states has..at least all these vendors are very close in pricing.

At the end, this is an open market and the customer will decide by himlself. If I can find the same piece of furniture for 200$ less at The Brick compared to Sears, you know where I will buy it.

----------------------------------------------- Edition:
I am receiving notifications from different members detailing some nuances for pricing, per exemple I am hearing Mapleleafvapes has (*) tax in prices and Jugheads (**) would have 30ml botte "ready to vape e-liquid" for $24.98 tx in and mailed. The exercise was just to demonstrate that vendors are in the same bulk price range...

I hope I will not have to re-edit this post to many times.

Why do you have Jugheads.co listed as DIY n/a? He sells flavored juice: Jugheads 30 ml $14.99. And if you go to his Clearance Area the prices are ROCK BOTTOM: example 50 ml Dk RY4 18 or 24 mg=$10.99 http://jugheads.co/misc.html As for pricing I'm already into DIY because: it's cheap and it's my nature and enjoyable to be "hands-on".

What would make canadian juice prices a hell of a lot more competitive is the cost of shipping. But this is NOT the vendors choice to charge so high - its canada post that's making it expensive. Because canada is such a large country (in terms of land) compared to the states the mail charges are much more in comparison.

It still doesn't make sense that my go to vendor which is in NY only needs to pay $6 to ship to me, and one of the great vendors here in BC has to charge $10 for the same sized package. If canada post wouldn't force canadian suppliers to have such a high shipping charge the temptation of going south would be much less.

Honestly I wouldn't mind paying the $10 or so for shipping IF Canada Post would be more reliable in delivering the package! Seriously, I get packages quicker from Ontario than I do from my own back yard (Alberta) sometimes! Something is wrong with that business model imo!

Good comparison. Just a few corrections:

Sales tax is different in each province. So if you live in Newfoundland - well... bend over - and if you live in Alberta - just pucker up (lol). Seriously - the differences are significant province to province.

Also - the shipping charges are per package - not per bottle. But if you live in Ontario and routinely order one bottle at a time - the comparison is correct.

On Canada Post - yes, the prices are high, but they are based on supply and demand and basic profit. I'm sure there is a bit of wiggle room but I can't see them dropping prices unless the cost of gas takes a nose dive.

If you purchase an Xpresspost envelope from the post office - prices run from $9.99 to $13.99 for the small ones - and $13.99 to $17.99 for the large (+GST or HST). What you don't see is the fuel charge built in to each. Each package is transferred across the country by air - the fuel charge is quite high.

Canada's has a tiny population of 34 million. and is the 2nd largest land mass in the world and the largest in the western hemisphere. The US is a bit smaller and has 311 million people. That's a lot of mail - in a smaller space.

So - while I'd love to see Canada Post drop their prices, it's unlikely they will.

It would be wonderful though if they could take some of their profit and teach some letter carriers how to read!

The comparison a kind of flawed since I don't know many people that would just order one bottle and nothing else at the same time.

You would be surprised..

Remeber back as smokers we would always waste our time buying one pack of smokes at a time, rather than a carton, and sometime drive to the store only for that purpose.

Not its not a huge number, but 1 out of 10 orders are a single bottle.

On the flip side Canada Post delivers anywhere. There are remote locations that couriers will not touch, or hand off to Canada Post to deliver. Couriers really only want Toronto-Montreal, Montreal - Vancouver not Toronto to Happy Valley Goose Bay NF.

Oh the fun we had during the strike LOL :(

$30 on the high end for a bottle + shipping is worth it if the bottle lasts you a couple weeks to a month, still alot cheaper then (here for cheap cigs) $10.36 for a pack of analogs x how many packs you smoke in that month

CP charges so much because of out of control spending by the company from years past. They had an awful deficit years ago. Now they have outsourced workers doing the majority of work and you know how much they care about it all. they don't care, just show them the money.

As far as capitalnic(something), I will buy elsewhere.
