We Canadians are getting robbed by vendors here, the prices of juices are absolutely ridiculous and quality is CRAP compared to the US..
I ended up just getting a PO Box in buffalo and I'm there once a month anyway, I'm able to get my juices steeped from my po box and I will never buy locally due to pricing, quality control issues, ingredient quality, etc ..
I know of a Canadian vendor that mixes his juice in his kitchen, which is fine for DYI, but not acceptable for mass distribution in my opinion..
until the CBSA relaxes on the ejuice shipments, we'll continue to get gouged here because there's no competition, so I don't blame the Canadian vendors for seizing the opportunity ...
The more research I do on different US and international juices and how to get them here into Canada I do see that we canucks are getting somewhat gouged by Canadian online vendors. Granted things are a bit more expensive here in Canada but its real hard to justify $15.00 plus $10.00+ shipping for a 30ml juice. I can get US juices (non Chinese)for 8 bucks for 30 mls and 12 bucks for 50 mls with free shipping to canada
I also have a US shipping address and use almost all my hardware orders but will not physically bring juice over the border back into Canada due to it being such a grey area with CBSA. The border guards have no concern for the hardware other than thinking its nifty but with juice you almost have to smuggle it and I'm not going to jeopardize all my online ordering over a few mls of juice. The average wait for non-Canadian juices is now creeping up to a month when it use to be inside 15 days to my doorstep.
I think Canadian vendors have to realize that 10% off some juice or free shipping over $150.00 is real lame if they are intending to keep its customer base more local and not have us searching for a better deal elsewhere.
