Family Service announcment....The Move

As you all may or may not know, ECF is moving this weekend to a new software host Xen Foro. With that being said, I figured I'd post this quote from Retired1.


"As we get closer to the actual event, we're seeing that 24 hours may be an optimistic, if not unreasonable guestimate. Better plan on 48 hours. The database import alone is going to take around 12 hours (if nothing goes wrong with it).

We'll be making an announcement when we have a better idea with links to keep tabs on the progress."

If we bookmark that page (Retired's post) will the bookmark still lead to the same page?

Went through a similar changeover on a (much smaller) forum on which I was a senior moderator. All I can say is - I hope this will go better!
