I have been lurking around on this site since last year when I decided totry to quit smoking and start vaping. I tried the "free" offer. Moving on...I bought a blu. Used it on and off. Bought a metro..well not that impresssive. Bought a Blu disposable yesterday because I couldn't find cartridges for my blu. Was amazed at how much more vapor I got than my reg Blu. Now because of the price factor of buying new cartidges and I am getting to where I don't like the taste of my analogs OR my nicotine Blu. (Blu being better slightly) I know the blu filters are refillable with a pain in the neck procedure ( it appears on you tube anyway) Now I want something where I can mix my own juice and lasts longer than my Blu battery life. I read all tha other forums, and have a million comments and questions. Alas I am stuck here in newbie land posting on the baby board. LOL Price really isn't an issue for aomething that will save me money in the long run. I NEED to stop analogs two pack a day grip and vape something I can use in my Jeep with the top off. (blue ignites itself if the wind blows too hard.) Any suggestions?

LMAO !!! I hear ya man.... Friggin' Forum Purgatory. The reason you join a forum is pretty specific in the first place.... then to be detained in the kiddie pool until you do your time without getting punished....

I just gave a lecture in one of the other three threads that we're permitted to have voice. You should check it out....it's quite entertaining...

I'm a little delirious, that speech took alot out of me in addition to it being after 3:00am in the morning.

I'm just hoping to get off forum probation before tomorrow / today late morning. I have a stack of questions about a specific product in a specific forum that I can only window shop in at the moment. Once my questions are answered and I like what I hear, I will be able to order a particular device I've been eyeballing for a bit and hopefully have it by the weekend.

I'm very patient, but I wish this holding period would be done with already.

To answer your question... sounds like you may be interested in looking into an eGo-C device. That's the one I'm eyeballing. Sweet ride, tank system, 2 piece atty (replaceable heads) no need to toss the base and cone if they don't need to be tossed, just the atty head. Cool design, no leakage, hardly no, if any, condensation around the tank / cart, long lasting batteries, only a Type A cart though, no Type B that I've seen as of yet. Type A = 1.1 - 1.3ML - Type B 2.1 - 2.3ML, decent amount of accessories for the eGo-C - BTW the C in eGo-C stands for changeable. Some Ego-T parts with work with the C.

Hey man it's almost 3:30am and I have to be up at 7:30am... look me up when you get of here... hopefully I'll be free by tomorrow morning and I can get those answers to my questions and get to order my device -

One post closer to my freedom...

Peace-

Instead of spamming (such a nasty habit it be) decided to try my luck here...
So with the Notcigs new VVPV how do you use a 306 atty? Is it possible to use the whistle that comes with the feeder bottle with your 306 atty without using 306-driptip or is the bugger just going to melt filling your mouth and nostrils with the lovely smell of burned rubber?

You'll need a sleeve to adapt the 306 to a 510. The 306's use a drip tip that goes over the atomizer while the 510's tip goes in the atomizer. Grateful Vaper is tooling up for such a sleeve, but have only released the I06 to 510 sleeve at this time.

There are other ways, but what I was able to cobble together with the handtools I had on hand does not work great for my I06. Looks good, but doesn't work as well as I want. If you are able to work tubing yourself and are better at it than me, it should be possible. (My sleeve started its life as a carto tube and then I did a poor job with the roll crimp to get it to fit the I06 tube. Too much air gets in as it is out of round and has some fairly hard pinch points.)

Haven't tried it for a typical 306 yet, but there is more types of tube on hand in the hardware stores with that ID than the ID needed for the I06. It is probably easier, but I have I06's and not 306's.

I am trying to get my five posts, but there is only so much on the limited options for me...so I thought.

This evening I was checking out some of the links at the very beginning of this Thread, FAQ's About Electronic Cigarettes. The Converting to E Cigarettes with regards to Nicotine Content was pretty interesting. I'll admit the dang thing hurt my head after a while, but I stuck through and didn't skip over. I learned a lot. My concern with some of the information is that most of the posts are from 2009 and 2010. I am sure there is more knowledge now as the e-cig industry moves forward.

Perhaps try and intice the regular users of the forum to occasionally update new info to old threads as it is learned. It's like picking up a manual for cell phones written in 2010 and trying to figure out which one on todays market would best suite my needs. Ya know?

I haven't quit smoking but I have been vaping for about 2 months. And I really like what I am attempting to do. Which is, to quit smoking! I am down to 1 to 2 analog cigs every other day. I bought a pro vari and I am very happy with it. I enjoy BackwoodsBrew and Vaper Renu as my ejuice sites. Good times!

It took me 2 months to transition into full time vaping. Oh I would love to have a pro vari but my EGO C and vision stardust tanks sold me. Vaping is so much cleaner tasting than analogs. I have taken 3 smoking friends and got them vaping as well. No quitters yet, but I'm getting them there. So I think this vaping thing is the wave of the future to get people off real tobacco.
