Fasttech order 3 months+ still waiting

Newbi posting but following 2 years ago.

Hope someone can help me with guidance from an order to fasttech i did since april 13th and not resend nor refund ($75 USD), i already raise a ticket with them but still waiting without a solution.

Jeez, I hope you get this resolved. I just ordered from fasttech for the first time myself, I wonder if there are other horror stories floating about? Complaints and putting pressure on companies can be helpful, though not so sure about the ones in China. Most companies do not like bad publicity.

Wow! 3 months! I've not used fasttech but I haven't read about others waiting 3 months for their kit. Good luck getting it sorted.

I ordered stuff and it arrived. Ordered some batts. Just ordered a I go l and starter kit for my father.

They give tracking. Shipping takes for ever but I don't think they are shady.

Then again, who knows?

Can't blame any vendor when a country denies a shipment. For Americans fast tech shipments take from 8-16 days

There are TONS of posts around about FastTech, but in general, they indicate that customer service is EXCELLENT.
Shipping is slow - but not THAT slow...

Ever heard the old saying, "the squeaky wheel gets the grease"? After 3 months, you don't just put in 1 ticket and wait for a response ...you BLOW UP their ticket system (and/or CALL them) EVERY DAY trying to get a resolution.

If it got lost in transit and doesn't show as "delivered", not your problem, they owe you your item or your money.

If it got tracked as "delivered" and 'lost' after that, you are pretty much screwed.

Sat in Mexico customs for a month then they shipped it back to Singapore. Not sure where in Singapore it is but it doesn't say it was received. ?!

I don't know what "P.D." is; otherwise, I would look up the tracking and try to help. Fasttech says they use SpeedPost Global Express for international shipping, including Mexico, but that tracking number doesn't register on their site. *shrug*

Companies normally await return of product - then Reship or Refund - normally.

Did you perhaps order any e-juice?
You should know that customs for many countries deny entry of these kinds of liquids so even if fasttech says that they deliver "worldwide", which they do, it does not mean that it will get there due to various customs limitations on a per country basis.

I know for a fact that if I order e-juice here where I currently live, there is a possibility that customs will hold it and I could never get it.
This can also be said for other stuff like surgical needles etc.

Yep, i ordered juices, a pair of batteries and some rba, unfortunately it was returned from Mexico City to hong kong (Fasttech) but reaching singapore doesnt update singpost anymore since June 12th.

the package is anywhere in singapore, very sad

I know I read somewhere that Mexico has e-juice custom clearance problems so I did some digging and found this link from health cabin - HC

They are also a China company only they explicitly note down about e-juice shipping problems with Mexico.

I used Fastech and while it took 20 days,I did get my order. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry. If you have a friend or family,in the USA,have it sent here,then they could bring it on a visit,or try to resend.
