Fasttech order 3 months+ still waiting

Sorry to hear that mate.
I know I read somewhere that Mexico has e-juice custom clearance problems so I did some digging and found this link from health cabin - HC

They are also a China company only they explicitly note down about e-juice shipping problems with Mexico.

HC is an excellent vaper online shop, this was my first online shop buying e-cigs and never had a problem from about 12 orders, also they are very attentive to customers needs and great customer service but they stop sending to mexico.

understanding the risk, need to mention this was my first order with fasttech and forgot to split orders between juices, and rba`s

i opened it, then in saw it was moving returning back to sender, so i dont raise a claim in paypal, thinking they will resending before a resolution with PP

I used Fastech and while it took 20 days,I did get my order. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry. If you have a friend or family,in the USA,have it sent here,then they could bring it on a visit,or try to resend.

Yes, i have a friend in Grand Rapids MI, I think i will do that next time ordering liquids

My very cursory understanding of the pay pal dispute resolution process is that they get in touch with the payment recipient and facilitate a dialogue between you and them. I think disputing payment is an effective way to get any merchant's attention.

I also understand that pay pal has some time limits on the dispute resolution process, but I don't know what they are.

I just got my shipment from FT today. Ordered on the 17th...

But then again, I'm in San Diego, so it doesn't seem to be a problem at that point.


As everyone mentioned, It could have easily been denied by customs, since it stayed in Mexico for so long. But knowing that, it could have just as easily dropped from their shipment, kicked off to the side, and found by someone who gave it to their supervisor, who then proceeded to return to sender it.

But who know as that point. 3 months is WAAY too long. I've had furniture delivered faster.

I already been checking my local post office and they tell me that doesn´t have the parcel, it appears in traking page since 02/may arrived to México City at customs but doesn´t delivered.

Could you be kindness to check where it is or what should i do to get it

The address is correct.
Can you check if the parcel arrived to you at your local postal office or is it lost, the tracking number is not updating a month ago.

Did you check with your return facility?

i think there are just two choices,

1.-Already received the parcel and you dont know where it is, or,
2.-Lost in transit,(45+ days)

In any of both cases, you must refund the money back

Store credit is perfectly fine.

Will order e-liquid and hardware in separate orders to minimize the risk of customs problems.

No, never received,
The order im asking refund is for $75.38, been made in two payments, 1st one cancelled and receiving as gift certificate april 10th to add more items to the shipping and the 2nd payment were april 13th and were for the difference in prices for the extra items, minus an item $4.69 (vivi nova) you havent in stock.
