I was looking at getting a couple things from there also, Anyone knows the average time it take for shipping to Australia?
It varies on what item you ordered, and what shipping method you selected. I have had items arrived in two weeks (replacement coils) to my buddy's mech mods, one 6 weeks. If it says "ship next day", it usually will ship the next day. If it says ships in 5 days, add 7 days to packages, 2 days to get to post office, 2 days to for tracking # to show up, then up 2-4 weeks.
Customer service is good, to so so. There is language barrier, and you need to simple English in your wording.

I have ordered from them a few times. I always figure 3 wk to a month and usually am surprised because things get here in about 2 weeks. My plan is to order something I need either on ebay (mostly free shipping, which helps some) or from other US vendors so I get things in a couple of days and then for backups, order from fastTech. I ordered a couple iclear 30S's for between $13 and 15 here and they are $9.84 each from FastTech with free shipping. So it is a big savings to use them if you don't need something right away.

It is NOT Fasttech that is slow. It is people thinking in terms of in country ordering that is out of whack.
Fasttech to export agent is fast. Delivery agent to you is normal(USPS, etc)
It is all the in between steps that put the brakes on.

My first order from Fasttech was on Feb 19th for a Squape clone that was labeled "ships next day". I received it in Maine on March 1st! Ten days, not to bad!
I have two other orders pending, a Launcher V2 that I ordered on March 3rd (says it will ship on March 11) and an Itaste VV V3 this morning that says it will ship on March 19th. I expect to get the Launcher the end of next week and the VV V3 two to three weeks from now.

6 weeks. Boo Hoo. I have to put in another order before one even arrives. My first order was 2 weeks, it just seems to be getting more and more weird.

My first order took 5 weeks to arrive; I picked the FREE shipping option that auto-fills at checkout.
My second order took 2 weeks, even though one item was out of stock, and shipping was still FREE--I chose the China E-packet option.

I've ordered from fast tech for years, 3 wks to miami .
Since New Years, 3 orders, nothing. Ships in 5 days becomes 'restocking'.
I feel they are starting to have vender relationship problems.

Their consumers forum is filled with the worst kind of self entitled whining idiocy known to mankind. If all the posters were taken outside and shot the worlds IQ would get a statistically noticeable bump.
One of the problems I've encountered is "restocking", I've just cancelled one item in a shipment because of that, and the rest was sent out the next day, although I don't live in the USA but England, I have found that as soon as Sing Post say it is on it's way to GB (which is usually 3 days after FastTech tells me it's been sent) then it usually takes one week before I receive it, so I normally look at about 2 weeks from when FastTech say they have sent it.

I placed one order just before CNY - in stock and ships next day only. Shipped immediately and received in 10 days.
Place my first AFTER CNY order in Feb. Shipped on fulfilment Feb. 25 and received March 6 > 9 DAYS
All china Sellers have a slow recovery after CNY - many manufacturers deplete working inventory before and must restock to get up and running again{Additional Delay Time}
People that do not know how China business works would do better to NOT give erroneous answers and instead - READ UP

Do be aware of various countries' import regulations/limitations, though. Especially with regard to batteries, knives, and e-liquids. Sometimes you need to use a different carrier for different items.

A package of Fasttech took 7 days to get to Brazil, and then 13 days to arrive at my house!

From what I read China is having financial problems like everyone else around the world. Some of the factories are closing so I am sure there are supplier problems and delays. It is what it is and will probably get worse for them and for us.
I have an order from FT that has been sitting in the China Post Office for a full week as of today. It's still showing as "preparing to ship". I am beginning to wonder if the PO lost it. Of course this isn't a FT issue since they apparently dropped it off at the PO. Then again it could also be that they just don't update the system regularly and that the next update will show it in the US somewhere.
Compared to other free shipping services from China? I dare say an average of 10 days to Norway is pretty damn fast. I'm used to waiting a month for other little free-shipping thingies from i.e eBay sellers in Hong Kong.
In-stock items usually leave FT the next day. Want quicker expedition by the shipping company? Pay.

Best case scenario about 8 days. Worst case scenario----> Ordered 1 month ago, went through 4 restocking status and now scheduled ship date is 3/24 (hopefully 2014) so ETA is probable in 1 month as it stands for a total of 2 months delivery time.
