He is the wizard of fasttech. You report a problem and he sprinkles a fix on it. Lol. I tried messaging them but no order was created so I could send a message. Going to try again.

I just emailed them my situation from the email associated with my fasttech account, which is the same email attached to my PayPal and my full name and they knew who I was and what my order was without me even giving the transaction ID# or the invoice ID # on my PayPal order. If needed I was going to send them that info off the PayPal receipt, I just figured until I knew who I was talking to I wasn't going to give every detail to a generic customer support email, but they were already on top of it without it.
They've been pretty great thus far considering the time differences and the such.

for me, that was around 15days or something, they take quite a lot of time to "validate" your order, but once its sent, that's actualy pretty fast ( like a week or so )

Fasttech jumped on this no problem considering the time difference, already out for shipment, much props.
So far I have placed 3 orders with Fastech including one order where the product was out of stock. Received 2 of the 3 so far and third one is on it’s way. Takes some time to get your orders but on some items such as coils and tanks you can’t beat the price. My orders take close to a month to be delivered to KY. For the coils and tanks I ordered the price was 50% less. Good site for stocking up. No complaints so far.
Which shipping option are you using?I always use Express epacket,i think it cost me like 50 cents extra,but i get 99% of my orders in 6-8 days,longest i've had was 2 weeks,and i'm just a state away from you in Ohio.
I got a order and item shipped notification but did you get am email confining shipment? With a pic of it yet?
Last package I received was ordered 4/18/18, received 5/2/18.
I've had Click to Door in 6 days, Once. 9 days once, 10 days a few times.
Currently waiting on a Vandy Vape Pulse RDA, ordered on 4/12 and it's going to be at least 5/12 before it ships.
I did wait 3 months for something. Had magnets in it and never showed the first time LOL.

I used express epacket express i believe. Last shipment was ordered on 3/26 and I received it on 4/19. Seems to get held up in China for a bit then in Chicago.
Chicago is the worst. The last couple orders I placed shipped within a day or two and made it to Chicago in six days and then sat another six in Chicago customs before it was out for delivery. I live in the burbs of Chicago and would normally get orders within 8/10 days if it wasn't for the Chicago depot.
