FDA rules are far worse than the TPD and a hell of a lot more expensive
Yes, so I'm realising. I knew it was pretty bad there, but not that bad. No wonder Nicoticket closed.
We don't have nearly as much to worry about.

Chefs have a range called Wonder Flavours (Canada) - and they've also made up a few of their recipes from the WF site into one shot bottles. Yesterday, I made 30ml of the Buttercream Pecan (They wrongly call it Butterscotch Pecan), and it smells lovely already ...now to wait!

Here's the answer from dripworx, kits can no longer be sold including nicotine. But you can order at the same time and have it included in your parcel.
Seems very silly to me.....

And to me! I've not seen anyone else state that ...yet!
I suspect a lot of them don't have a clue with the smaller details like that. As has been said - who is going to police it - or will they rely on whistle blowers?

I wonder if DIY items were specifically included?

DUH! must admit I have been wondering about zero nic juice being marked as containing nic (seen on Element boxes)
I don't use theirs, so haven't seen them. ...don't use zero either

Looks like,Trading Standards:rolleyes:
Ah - so it'll be rather random, when they do - but no-one will be happy to flaunt any rules that do exist.

I don't think it will be so easy Trish.I was watching a vid the other night saying that TS are not as toothless as they used to be.
They are even viewing vape shop employees FB pages,to see what's being said about them and the situation.
Offenders are visited randomly after a period of time and a repeat offender by law will be closed down, the second visit is often made with a police presence.
TS have sat around for years, waiting for something to do,now they have it :laugh::lol:.

Oh dear! What I'm wondering is, if some vendors don't seem to fully grasp the new rules correctly, will they? ...in fact, does anyone?
There does seem to be some blank and grey areas.

Old saying goes ...Ignorance of the law is not an excuse.
If they are in the business of making money from vaping, they need to familiarise themselves with the new laws.
Quite agree. Just wondering if all aspects of TPD are clearly defined.

I finished the last of my Busta Lime from rejuiced earlier, cleaned and rebuilt a subby and i've filled it with Tarte Au Citron, will report tonight :)
I saw a new one by Chefs listed today - thought it may interest you: Lemonese Whirl

Think the main one that appears to confuse China is the TPD on tanks, they must not hold more than 2ml (although can be sold with an adaptor/glass to make them bigger aka the evo 75 kit) they must also be leak-proof, which discounts anything with bottom airflow, the only ones that come close to TPD compliance are the Guardian by eLeaf, or the Cubis style tanks by Joyetech (spit), there are a couple of others but they hold more than the 2ml limit

Never did like Tarzan, wot a banker with a W

He had his moments - did some good things for Liverpool back in the dark ages. However, there was the to-do over Westland Helicopters. On the current matter he is batting for the wrong side imho. I understand that when he has a spare moment away from the public gaze he likes to tinker with his arboretum.

The new Nautilus 2 seems to comply? I haven't taken much notice of obcsure tanks to be honest.
There seems to be no legislation on mods that I've seen, and I'm sure some of those are suspect.
It's DIY too ...there doesn't seem to be much that is clear regarding that apart from the fact concentrates and flavourings can have no nicotine in them ...just as always. the grey area for me is nicotine, and just what we will be able to buy for DIY purposes (apart from the sources such as posted by George).

No doubt our taxes pay each of the £300 per day allowances for that lot. At least half of them need quietly retiring or whatever old lords do! Some of them are OK though
...just pondering on how many homeless people could sleep on those benches! ;)

America makes do with a Senate comprising one hundred Senators. We need to do something similar. I would have no objection to keeping the Lords that do regular work in the HoL. The rest should be very firmly retired.

True, and look at the size of America! ...so take away how many of those are surplus to requirements, and then see what's left .....then equal the ratio between the US and the UK, and we may then get a tolerable and useful number! That could work? ;)

Doesn't that have bottom airflow though, if so then it has a possibility to leak
I'd almost given up on trying to find something that doesn't gurgle or leak, so did decide to try one ...when FT finally gets them in & sent! Chances are, it'll disappoint too!

....just a thought
