The Red Astaire may be £5 per bottle from where you buy it but If you could buy it for £2.50 would you ? Would the £5 bottle taste better than the £2.50 bottle all things being equal

I would happily pay £2,50 for it vince,I wish it was that price. Most of the time I buy 4 bottles of Vampire Vape's range for £10

No Dave that was on the price of a glass bottle.Their juices however are exceptional and worth every penny more than the onepoundliquids.
So the answer to that is you buy their liquids in plastic bottles.Simples.

So if you feel like a treat buy a "plastic" bottle of The King.
But again your statement proves that some suppliers are taking the Micky. It doesn't matter what liquid I buy or where from or what in. This was about companies over charging and you said that the same juice was £3 more in 25p glass bottle. How can that be justified?

I'm not even going to bother discussing this any further with you Dave.
I, at no point until my last post have stuck up for the "juice Manufacturrs"
I was simply asking the question..Do you get what you pay for?
The answer is simple if you can buy juice at a lower price and you get on with that juice, then buy it.And disregard the fact that other suppliers exist.

Did you get the other sample pack Trish ?
Sample pack? ...other sample pack? ...not sure what that is on both counts unless you mean the sample packs that weren't supposed to go on the site but did briefly.

I'm talking about the new custard! - it's brilliant (at least, I think so) and it doesn't give me any problems either :)

I'm not having a disagreement with you or trying to upset or harass you in any way. This is just a friendly discussion. I'm just saying that some companies are taking the Micky. Even you have stated that. So basically there is no answer to your question, do we get what we pay? Basically we do, I give cash, he gives goods. I got what I payed for. But did I get it at a fair price, what it is worth? In many cases yes, but again in many cases no.
I'm not saying we should all buy cheap or we should all buy designer gear whatever, I'm saying we should by the right quality at the right price not get overcharged because of it's name/brand etc or what it comes wrapped in.:toast:

No worries Dave.

@Terry
Had a hell of a job getting the chimney off the K4 today,it had had a few tanks thru'it but.
I believe reading elsewhere it can even be a problem with the originals.I'd watch out for that mate, one guy was saying he'd destroyed two chimneys and a deck trying to get them apart.Had happened twice.
I wrapped mine in cloth and put them in a vice, came straight apart,i'd previously struggled for half an hour trying to do it by hand.

Good to see some High VG ones ..shame a lot are out of stock though, but I've bookmarked it :).

Yes,shame about that Trish.
But the site has been hammered because of the half price deals. All the drippers have taken the 3mg high vg according to posts on POTV.:(

It's probably a good idea if you create an account and subsribe to the newsletters, that's what i have done.I've had approx 20 bottles now, there's still a dozen in the cupboard.

Just given the istick a go.
Used an Atlantis @ 30W.

For right hand finger firing it's perfect, fire button is in the perfect position. If you thumb fire you can't see the display. However thumb firing in the left hand you can.But more difficult to hold.In the right hand it fits the palm perfectly without having to support from underneath.
It's a very tidy little device, slightly taller than the 20w version and about half as wide again.
All in,first impressions,it's a very nice little mod.

You got your fire button on the opposite side to mine then ???

I'm going to take your word for it Bob - his reviews are always so long winded and I haven't had a chance to look at it yet anyway. Is it heavier than the iStick 50?
I was using an MVP2 yesterday (that's where my Posset is happiest) and the weight gets tiresome after a while.

Heavier than the MVP2 and almost twice the weight of the iStick50

I meant you as a dolphin would be safe here as all the people that hunt them would be on Mars :D I'm pretty sure that if you came back as a dolphin, Mother Nature would dump you where the sea is most abundant and not in a puddle on Mars

See what I mean about reading things differently

Why ...do the fish know what they're eating, and it terrifies them?

 Stoopid Animal Rights idiots think that after seeing fish in tanks you shouldn't then be eating one DUH!

Thanks george i`ll remember that ! Got mine set up earlier, filled the first one up and vaped it for about 10 minutes while i was sorting the second one out, and whallop, Dry hit, ouch :( So i closed the juice off, took the deck out and rewicked it. I did it the first way as bob had done his, after getting a dry hit, and pushed the wick against the block, leaving the juice holes uncovered.

Obviously, these infinite clones do not like it that way, so i wicked with the tails just above the holes, and slightly touching. I vaped it for a good 30 minutes after that and it seems to be fine now, with some nice juicy clouds produced from Apple pie, from cloudhouse :)

I am going to be vaping the second V4 later, but i am guessing i will have to rewick that one as well, as i did them both the same way. I also filled a lemo with the Ocean, also from CH, and i have to say it`s terrible :( Totally flavour less as far as i`m concerned :( I will put it away for a good while and see if it improves, but i doubt it will

As for the V4`s though, up to now i`m very happy with them, and i would buy more :thumb:

Watching youtube today there is a way of extending the centre post,so you don't have to use the juice control deck spring. So in theory, you should then be good for Ni builds.Only trouble is it does restrict the airflow.Think the guy is playing with it at the moment, trying to get it perfected.
