Ok, this time one for DIY juice makers. I've don't think I've seen plastic bottles this cheap before in the uk. Even 100ml glass dropper bottles for less than half quid. Coloured ones as well. I'm gonna deal with these when I start.

Bottles and Jars available from stock, plastic glass and aluminium bottles and jars

If you are going with the plastic bottles, I would check with them first as to whether the plastic is hard or soft squeezable, because if hard you would need the dropper caps rather than the flip top type.

Terry, re the Lemos. They've worked brilliant up until now but I seem to be getting a few dry hits from them now. I think I saw you posting about that before.
Any tips wher I might be going wrong?

Make sure the wick is not blocking the juice channels, macro coils are best 3mm diameter at least, I prefer touching but I think Terry liked spaced

Like bob said, most important thing is that the wick isn't blocking the juice channels. Over time with use the cotton can move around or expand and block them. I use just long enough to touch the deck base and then sometimes even cut a small V shape out of the tail (thus splitting the wick into 2) just to make even more sure it won't move out and block the channel.

I think spaced out coils allow for less dry hits but if it wicks quickly enough a tight one would be fine. Depends what wattage you're vaping at and what diameter the coil is. Like bob said I like a 3mm coil in tanks.

I'm using the 3mm coil and 28awg kanthal and usually do just wick down to the deck. Sometimes I do the bunny ears like a kayfun other times I prime and stick the wick to the walls. Normal vaping is around 10-16w using 50/50 ejuice. Maybe I just need to take a little more care.
Thanks for that.

At the first sign of a dry hit dave i used to equalize the pressure. Unscrew the Lemo from it`s base, turn it upside down, stick it in your gob up to the bottom of the glass, then blow as if you were blowing through an exhust pipe. That will sort it mate. :)

So your screwing the 510 connector part off and blowing into the bottom where the refill screw and air control air? But with it in the mouth.
