I'm really stuggling where to place my vote this time.

I'm not, The Tories have been lucky in the fact that they were able to make so much political mileage out of the fact that the global economic crisis happened on Labours watch and now the wheel has come full circle and the global economy is picking up. For my money Camerons real test was renegotiating our terms of membership of the EU and because he failed so miserably is precisely the reason he's diverted attention from that failing by offering a referendum. In my opinion most voters dont give a damn whether we are in or out of the EU, they just want to make a decent living and be able to take care of their families

Tis true pipey.
But after all the position is supposed to be held in the best interests of the nation.
And if it was in our best interests why wait for 5 years.Which ever way it went.

I'm really stuggling where to place my vote this time.

VAT increase?He wouldn't get out alive:laugh:

With regard to "where to place your vote" - that's clearly entirely a matter for you - but boy is it confusing this time round!
I've decided that I'm going to have to vote Conservative because I just can't bear the thought of all the progress that has been made since the recession being blown away by Labour spending us into oblivion. The Conservatives are also the only party who can (and I believe will) deliver an In/Out referendum.

One day I hope that the fors and againsts of staying in or leaving Europe are spelled out with all the vigour that went behind the Scottish referendum campaign. I want lots of detail on this issue - but it's really hard to find independent information.

Ordered 40ml of English Trifle, 20 ml of Jam Roly Poly and some VG from Chef's today. I've hardly had the English Trifle for any time at all but have already vaped 20ml of it and made up 20 more this morning. I just can't leave it alone! :)

Until we get proportional representation in this country and unless you live in a marginal seat area, then any vote against the majority party of the seat is in my mind a wasted vote, I still do it down here even though I know that my MP next session will be Harriet Harmon, the Lab Deputy Leader, whoever I vote for, that saying for London as a whole, I find that the following is the best we can get:

Lib Dem for local elections
Lab for London Assembly & Mayor
Conservatives for Parliament

I personally have always found myself with more money in my pocket with that arrangement even though it is not ideal, I still believe the way to go is proportional representation and get a better mix in Parliament, so that the 2 majority parties can be kept in check more.

What Bob?You think another ones gone amiss.

Tracking is still showing as Landed 18/03 - could still be at LHR or enroute - but it does make me wonder after today's delivery (one of the better posties), I also received a small packet from Switzerland (a couple of special USB-A to micro USB-B connectors) as well, that I was wondering about, but appears that was only posted 3 days ago in Cadenazzo.
