I think it's one for the innokin lovers, plastic tank, pre made throw away coil units
Reading through the various forums I get the feeling that quite a few vapers have tried sub ohm and are coming back to standard coils, I know I have

Agree, sub-ohm is not for everyone, I do like my Atlantis ones though, but doubt I would like to vape them all the time, even in my rebuildables, less that half are below 1 ohm, and I don't think you can class the Temp Control builds even though they are all sub-ohm, you don't get the same power as you do with something like the Atlantis.

Steady Trish,we don't want any mishaps now.;-)
I'm not on my last legs you know! ...I can still run

Re: A referendum,if Dave returns, i'll be waiting to see if it happens, promise or not.
I personally wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't.
I'm afraid my thoughts drift that way too.
He may well wriggle free on the cost aspect of it all.
I'm sure everyone would be willing to pay for the right to vote if it came to the cost alone - something like the lottery: £2 per vote! I'm not proud, I want my vote, and I want to see the way the country votes too.
Didn't like the blackmail way it was offered,"if i return to power in the next election" blah blah! He obviously knew the numbers and the fact it was a vote gaining tool.
I'd like to think he was above such tactics, but they all do it sadly.
After the unfulfilled promises in two manifestos by Labour, I can be forgiven for my cynical thoughts?!

Dave has been pretty clear about this, though. Show me a politician that won't use a vote-gaining tool. He would be mad to back out on the grounds of cost - his popularity rating (and that of his party) would collapse. What was amusing however was when Ed asked him to commit to not increasing VAT in PMQs yesterday, and he immediately agreed. The hens in Labour's hen-house feel much more secure now that all the foxes have been shot! :)
If he tries to back out of that referendum, or delay it past this year, there'll be a lot of dissent and grumbling - we won't take to the streets in droves, but then, we're British!

Tis true pipey.
But after all the position is supposed to be held in the best interests of the nation.
And if it was in our best interests why wait for 5 years.Which ever way it went.

I'm really stuggling where to place my vote this time.

VAT increase? He wouldn't get out alive
How hard is he going to try seeing he's already thinking of his future? ...just my thoughts drifting towards cynicism again - I'm afraid I can't see past Cameron this time though.

my iStick 50W arrived and I've got it with me today at work with the subtank mini in RBA mode. Got a mixture of Mom and Pop's Calipitter Chow & TFA Coconut Candy in there, tastes like a macaroon or a similar coconutty treat.
Works a treat and feels great in the hand, the spring loaded pin feels a bit stiff but maybe I just need to break it in.
I keep Doughnut in a mega MOW and it lives on my 50W ..perfect match and both work very well - I'm happy with it.
Hopefully, FT will despatch another one to me soon as my replacement for the faulty Earl.

In my opinion most voters dont give a damn whether we are in or out of the EU, they just want to make a decent living and be able to take care of their families
I think we need the referendum to determine exactly that feeling amongst people.

With regard to "where to place your vote" - that's clearly entirely a matter for you - but boy is it confusing this time round!
I've decided that I'm going to have to vote Conservative because I just can't bear the thought of all the progress that has been made since the recession being blown away by Labour spending us into oblivion. The Conservatives are also the only party who can (and I believe will) deliver an In/Out referendum.
I agree about choice ...I want better than we've got, but there's no-one in the wings that seems able to offer it, or certainly not the 'how', and as you say, we do not want to see the progress made destroyed/reversed - it's cost us all too much to get to where we are, and we need to try and see it through.

One day I hope that the fors and againsts of staying in or leaving Europe are spelled out with all the vigour that went behind the Scottish referendum campaign. I want lots of detail on this issue - but it's really hard to find independent information.
Exactly - laying it all out, in layman's terms, may make a big difference to how everyone views it - government included. I sometimes think they get blinkered and distracted with bean counting and pure politics rather than put the people of this country first by seeing things from our side of the scenario.

Ordered 40ml of English Trifle, 20 ml of Jam Roly Poly and some VG from Chef's today. I've hardly had the English Trifle for any time at all but have already vaped 20ml of it and made up 20 more this morning. I just can't leave it alone! :)
It's very good! I'll get some more too :) I'm surprised in a way that Chefs didn't make this up into ready made and put it in their line-up. The English Trifle could have joined the Welsh Custard! Then we could hope for something like a Scottish Pancake? ....Haggis Delight? ...nah! forget that, little blighters are too hard to catch!

I used ePacket, extra $2.50 - was ordered 19/03 shipped 21/03 - so 5 days China to Me
yet another from Focalecig also ePacket shipped 16/03 arrived LHR 18/03 and I still haven't seen it - go figure :(
Oh no!!! I do hope it turns up in the next day or two! toes crossed! :thumb:

I'm fairly sure you will. My husband did it for quite some time years back: it was a job and it paid well, so paid the bills. Same with our son, even though the short sleep after 12 hour nights did catch up with him. He preferred it as he got an extra day off on that shift pattern.

I'll get used to it in a few years time no doubt

I'm lazy in that I hate going to the supermarket ...did you ever count how many times you pick an item up before the final time when you get to eat/use it?
Perhaps you could persuade her to try it for a month. If one or both of you are out and about most days, picking up a couple of non-delivered items wouldn't be too bad?

She won't budge, sorry to say. She loves spending half an hour looking at the reduced section for bargains, until I have to drag her away  We've got quite a few decent shops nearby, so it would be pretty easy to get any missing items.

"What flavourings did you get Dave ??"

Someone was selling up, so I got these to play with nice and cheap.
T juice - Jack the ripple
T juice - Red Astaire
T juice - primo verde
flavour west - Unicorn vomit
big juice - Jelly babies
TRR - sherbert orange
mom and pop - Key lime
TRR - Apple cider
TRR- plum bowl
TRR - lemon drops
FA- mango
CCW - cola
CCW - lime
Also got a bottle of Black Jacks with the mixing kit.

Quite a good selection there mate. Plus there's some good options for doing multiple flavour mixes too. Most of the fruit ones should go well together, as long as you get the percentages right :)

Message any recipes you've got for them if you like, I'll try anything at least once.:)

To be honest, the only one I've used myself is the FA mango. I've used things like orange and lime from other companies though. Some places do really strong flavourings, like FA. But others are pretty weak.

Might be worth trying :

Sherbert orange with lemon drops.
Mango and lime.
Jelly babies with unicorn vomit.
Then the big one - all the fruit flavours together.

The fun part is sussing out the percentages to use.

When I get a new flavouring, I taste a small drop to see how strong it is. If I can hardly taste it, I'll use a high percentage. If the taste lingers on the tongue for a minute or so, I'll use about 8-12%. If it burns a hole in my tongue, I'll use about 2%

Spent part of this afternoon trying to sort out a Goose Juice order. Went to order direct from Quacks, the postage was way too high for my small order. So tried ordering some of the concentrates from the company in France, had problems with the checkout process, so gave up.

In the end I decided to order some Dominion juices:

Vape domain UK ecig and eliquid manufacture and sales

Went for the full set of Horrific Horde juices, Dragon Slayer, Lilt, Vimto and Lemon Meringue Pie.

One of the groups I'm in on FB, they really seem to rate Dominion concentrates. So I thought I'd get some of the pre-mixed ones to try first. If their as good as the reviews, then I'll pick up some of the concentrates.

Until we get proportional representation in this country and unless you live in a marginal seat area, then any vote against the majority party of the seat is in my mind a wasted vote, I still do it down here even though I know that my MP next session will be Harriet Harmon, the Lab Deputy Leader, whoever I vote for, that saying for London as a whole, I find that the following is the best we can get:

Lib Dem for local elections
Lab for London Assembly & Mayor
Conservatives for Parliament

I personally have always found myself with more money in my pocket with that arrangement even though it is not ideal, I still believe the way to go is proportional representation and get a better mix in Parliament, so that the 2 majority parties can be kept in check more.

Similar situation here Bob. I tend to vote tactically too. In this area only Labour or the Lib Dems have much chance of winning. But with all the recent sex scandals with Cyril Smith and the like, I honestly don't think the Lib Dems stand a chance this time around. So my tactical vote will have to be given a bit more thought this time around.

If you're a socialist (old style) then the Greens are offering the triumph of hope over experience. Labour are copying and are committed to everything the Conservatives say that they're going to do. So they don't work for a socialist. I can't think of a time when minority groups were more represented in fact but less represented in reality. Socialists have no-one to vote for any more. Maybe UKIP? They claim to speak for the man in the street but then suggest a general rate of tax of 33 per cent.

I have to vote Conservative because everyone else wants to spend money that we don't have.

I'd much rather have a party that will cut the deficit like the Tories, spend on services like Labour, cut immigration like UKIP, spend more on sustainable energy sources like the Greens and make beer a pound a pint like Al Murray. Don't think such a party exists though

Seriously though, in Rochdale, I think Labour will get back in again. But I do agree with you about the Tories being the only ones that won't spend money we don't have :)

No, probably do a bit on sunday Ian. I reckon i will just go off chefs percentage recommendations. so if they say 10/20%, more than likely i would go 15% and see how it pans out. Sounds like a good one the trifle :)

I reckon you should be fine with that mate. I'd probably go for the 20%, but you know me I like my flavours strong.

Think, I'll be sorting out my vape cupboard tomorrow. Long overdue, looks like a bombsite  I'll probably find stuff I didn't even know I had

I'm just hoping these new juices from Dominion are good, have you heard of them before mate ??
