One for you pipey : Limelight Mechanics

Some nice pipes.

Might be of interest to others later as they have a DNA40 box mod in the pipeline  and from what I have seen on UKV it looks gorgeous, but nothing on their site yet.

EDIT: on second thoughts - just found out those box mods are going to be about €400 - OUCH !!!

Wow, just received a phone call from the DO manager - who was not happy about what is happening - so it looks like my complaint to the PRP has struck a chord.
He took all the details and stated that the China ones do not require a signature so that's why they don't ask for one, but was not pleased about the UK ones just being popped through the letter box or the missing items.

He has checked and there is nothing in the DO for me, but is going to dig further and get back to me. :)

Another company with excellent service : Piratesvape who I ordered my Nic juice from at 00:23 yesterday has just arrived by UPS (and for only £2.99 shipping)

5 bottles like this one:

They'll easily fit in the bottom drawer of my Fridge/Freezer

Thanks Bob. They look very good - but the trouble is I'm into regulated mods now and don't want to fiddle about with a Kick.

The truth of the matter is that I get pipe-like satisfaction from my mods. My pipes were functional things - they looked like pipes because that's how pipe tobacco consumption developed over the years. The only vaping device I tried that looked like a pipe was the mini-pipe - great - until the atomiser died. Usually happened really quickly. Nothing at all in comparison to our modern toys. :)

Let's hope not. I wouldn't want to run around with some high-end American mod (no names, no pack drill) that looks like a "marital aid".

There's nothing wrong with the P3 apart from being under-powered, but I do have a very nice, although a bit over-priced, red SX350 Box mod from Tatroe Mods

Does this body also govern all things in Hong Kong too?

This is the last country I expected to hear something like this from - and as with everywhere else, I really don't understand why ...apart from BT, BP and tax revenue

I thought this interesting telling :
I understand that corruption has arrived in China, where the Big Tobacco is owned by the State and a huge business too. The fact that anti-smoking groups have jumped on the bandwagon is a laugh but it’s been like that everywhere – anti-tobacco groups have been actively promoting cigarettes and other tobacco products. It may go ahead and it may not, despite the importance of the Council of Smoking and Health. I see this as a possible opportunity for vaping gear factories elsewhere to gain momentum. In that case, China won’t come out as a winner as it won’t sell its cigarettes to the West as it’s been doing with vaping gear.

I really hope that this results in an overhaul of things in your area! Thought we and a lot of other areas were pretty poor, but not in comparison to what you've had lately.

We'd all better start saving up for originals
Who will be allowed to make them if China imposes a ban?

Will the US still be allowed to produce such things?
Looking at what has happened with MBV's liquids/concentrates, I wouldn't be surprised to see far reaching ripples into all areas of liquid and equipment.

I'm trying to carry on building up my 'reserve' of mods etc., tanks & coils. Keeping the latter two as simple as possible (GS Air, MOW, and even T3S and Evod)

I ordered a bottle of 0mg Dragonscape! I will get down lower than around 4mg!

Just going back to Vinny's question about chest buildup with 100% Vg liquids.
On the same note,is it possible this type of liquid could be causing spots.I've never suffered, even as a teenager but on two occasions when i have used 100%vg(GJ)
I've had a brake out of spots (when i've used it it's been solely that liquid i've vaped for a couple of days at a time)

From what I can gather from other reports coming in, it started in HK

They'll lose a hell of a lot of $s if the stop all manufacture of vaping gear

So do I, unbelievable for somewhere that is within 3 miles of the centre of the capital

anywhere that doesn't ban them - but the prices will soar

Yep, get them as well, but not too many thank you

Just been listening to the problems with taking paracetamol on the News, I get a rash if I have to take a full dose of them for a week or more, problem is looking for alternatives as I cannot take anything containing Aspirin or that reacts with Aspirin, as I take that permanently as an anti-platelet.

It might sound a bit extreme but you could do a patch test on your nose with a bit of high vg liquid, you'd have to vape a high pg liquid whilst you were testing to be sure. I sometimes get a bit of swelling on the bit of my gums where it goes between my teeth
I might do a patch test myself to see what else it causes swelling in, purely in the interests of science of course

 Love it Vinnie  I vape 50/50 the majority of the times, and like you and George, i get spots on my nose, not many, but like George i never used to get any at all. My gums also flare up sometimes, but i just vape through it all !

Going back to the china ban, i think over the next few months we will all know whats going to happen across the world ! But just imagine the bargains to be had when all the sales start, to get rid of their stock :toast:

I re-coiled another kayfun, and a subtank earlier vinnie, 2.2 ohms using 30 gauge. I`ve got to say i much prefer these set up`s with the instant firing, and with more surface area, more wick=more vapour/flavour at around 15 watts, bloody lovely.

I did get this (amongst many other problems) when using higher levels of PG, so I'm unsure if they were down to my sensitivity to PG or a build-up on the skin. I very rarely get any now though, so in my case, it will have likely been the sensitivity to PG.

These spots would occur in mainly the centre on the face, and likely where vapour will accumulate ...you may notice that your face can feel oily/greasy at times, particularly in the middle.
I find that a quick wipe over with a cleansing cloth or a splash with mild soap a couple of times during the day can help reduce the accumulation of it on the skin - could be that it's causing clogged pores in these areas rather than you having an allergic type reaction to the VG?

Congestion can be avoided by not inhaling into the lungs.

From what I can gather from other reports coming in, it started in HK
Hah! Might have known.

Very true - it's a huge and growing industry there. ...and lots of people would be out of work. Don't know if they have a welfare system of any kind, but it could only create a burden for the government.
If there is an alternative country, they could lose a lot of their biggest companies.

So do I, unbelievable for somewhere that is within 3 miles of the centre of the capital
When you think of the sheer reverence that used to be afforded the Royal Mail, it's unacceptable anywhere - after all, nothing has changed, and they're still transporting other peoples property after they've been paid to do so.

anywhere that doesn't ban them - but the prices will soar
I doubt anyone would be willing to stick a pin in a map and pick somewhere likely to remain neutral!
