Ooopppsss, just set the fire alarm off, was trying out the Kingslayer in my doge 0.26ohm dual coil, and what a lovely vape, clouds galore, took a look at the coils and they were well gunked up from the previous juice, so tried to dry the cotton out and it caught light, our fire alarm is connected to the council (because of the missus) so it automatically calls them on a speaker thingy - had to tell them it was a false alarm
Oh dear! Are you public enemy no.1 now? ;) Never mind.

I think it's something we will all get through Trish, only time.
Just hope it is sooner rather than later.I remember when my Father gave up stinkies, cold turkey,he said it took him about a year before he felt right.
I'd better hurry up and find those brain cells then ...only got a while now!
I do hope you're right though!
I'm going to start taking those extra supplements tomorrow and see if they help - I'm working on the accounts at the moment and then must get to some proper work or I'll be in trouble.
If I had to lose my work I'd be devastated. 26 years now since I gave up work and I've never looked back ...couldn't bear to lose that standing I have, but they need to rely on people in the same way I rely on them, so I musn't let them down.

Gawd, does it ever end
We could pen quite a sitcom from tonight's treasures!

My life revolved around cigarettes

It's crazy Trish
I used to plan my life around my next cigarette.
To make it worse i never smoked in the house,so at this time of year i was often stood out on the drive in a snowstorm:laugh:
When i think of some of the things i've got upto in my life regarding stinkies it's not only laughable it was in fact pathetic.

Do what ever you must, just stay away from tobacco.

I'll do my best George!
It does make me sad though that I manage to achieve the impossible so very easily ..almost by accident, only to find I'm extremely sensitive to a lot of the stuff in e-cigs! I've never had any allergies before, so it seems so unfair.

This is why I try to keep liquid consumption to a minimum yet still keep it enjoyable - so no high wattage or sub-ohms for me! :)
I'm actually wondering if I should go a step up with nicotine and try to use it less frequently. Thing is, I don't like the taste of higher nicotine! All my liquids taste so much better at around 0.4 or 0.6mg!

I gave up on the last day of Feb, found I'm sleeping a lot better, not waking up in the middle of the night like I used to, and have about 6 to 7 hours, but usually around 15:00 -16:00 I start to feel tired and sometimes nod off, but that could also be because I am sitting around just watching the TV and messing about on the computer.
Going to see how I feel after I've had the artery unblocked, hopefully that might help as well.

I'm pretty certain that another tutorial will be needed when he comes to re-coil it. I did run through the process a couple of times with him, so we'll see what happens :)

To be honest, I quite enjoyed doing it. I'll have to start night classes in coiling

It's still annoying though when you've done the research on the product you want, spent time finding the best deal, then they mess you about like that.

Vinnie, any idea if the sizes have changed on the 30 & 50 watt models mate ??

If the 50 watt is the same size as the old 20 watt one and the price is right, I could be tempted :)

50 watt is 85 x 45 x 23 mate

I went down from 18 to 12 over the xmas period. And every drop of juice i bought i ordered at 12.
I have to admit the taste is a lot cleaner and the flavours are more pronounced.I don't know if i will be able to go any lower for now,too bigger step.
So agree with you totally there.36mg must be real nasty.
It's a really tough call because of your allergies, you must really feel - as if this isn't hard enough.

This is the third time since they installed it, the other 2 times was my cooking causing too much smoke (no I didn't burn the food) just forgot to put the hood fan on in our tiny kitchen and I prefer my pork loins & steaks well done, they're quite good about it when it does go off, although it didn't activate fully this time, the last times it went off and stayed going until the air cleared, I think tonight it was just a few plumes that activated as it only gave a couple of 2 second sounds, must be more careful with my cloudchaser set up

When are you due that proceedure Bob?

Friday 13th February  got to see them on the last day of this month for a pre-assessment, it's only a day thing, had stent put in one 10 years ago, and another they couldn't unblock, but it appears that I now have all 3 blocked or partially blocked, so will have to see what they say then

I imagine that would make you feel much better! Good oxygenated blood flow should make a big difference.

I found it fairly easy to get the strength down from 2.4- could cope better if I didn't need to use it so often at .4/.6 - I have some WTA but it really does taste awfully of nicotine! I sort of put off using it

Indeed, a good old slapstick  Im still having belly chuckles at you and bob
That's it, you just have a good laugh! Nice to know we're good for something! :p

I like to get the pan really hot for steak etc. and then turn it down once it's properly browned, so I get a bit of 'smog' at first. Dratted extractor is so noisy though!

Got to get off now folks, see y'all tomorrow.
Nite Nite.
Nite George! :)

You can`t like it that much, if you`ve had it quite a while bob !

I mix it with Digby's Apple & Cinnamon pie and had some on the go up until just before Xmas, and of course I have been using a lot more MBV & CV juices recently as well, also it takes me a lot longer to empty a tank, you can go through 1 in a day, with me and 12 large tanks on the go as well as smaller ones, it can be about 12 days before I empty 1 tank

I was actually thinking that the other day, when you mentioned how much you were vaping, and even started doing a reply, but it just didn't sound right and decided against it, I have noticed that since I dropped from 18 to 12 to 6 I am now vaping more, but as my craving has disappeared I try to keep mine to a minimum, but you smoked almost a third more ciggies than I did, and was wondering if it is the volume of juice that is causing the problems rather than the juice itself or even the PG/VG, try going back up to 12mg (1.2%) on say 1 juice that you like most of (CVs MCV) but still use 6mg on the others, see if it makes any difference, and if it does, then you can try say 2 juices at a time in the higher nic.
