I just find the subtasks mini lackluster I find flavor men, the reason spits at me no matter how thick or thin the cotton is... Even got the new base and most. Importantly I find the vapery way too hot and low vapor production

Perhaps. You can recommend a build for me in nickel? Kanthal ? I think I remember having better luck with kanthal than nickel I build them fine I just find them mediocre

Appreciate your feedback on it..
I have never once had any of the issues you mention, so it has, in part, have to be your builds. I usually do a 10 wrap, around a 2.5 mil Jig, ever so slightly spaced coil, and they usually read around the 0.16 mark. ATM i am just finishing off some KGD cotton, which i find amazing, then i have a shed load of Muji to get through

Spotted them somewhere the other day, I have one of the original white ones, when they were called the Smokeless Owl, doubt I would get another though, prefer regulated to mech nowadays.

I've got one as well from Gearbest,if I remember. The review I meant,Todd seems very happy with it.

That's probably where I saw them, didn't watch the review though, but I get a RSS Feed of all his reviews etc., that's how I came across his latest one about the VTBox200 battery problem, glad I didn't get one of those, my blue HCigar VT200 has been delayed and took the offer of having a Silver one instead, which should be shipped locally tomorrow or Thursday with a bit of luck, and the HotCig one is due to be shipped 21/09 from FT.

Plain fruits don't need steeping at all - mainly bakery & deserts, custards etc that need to be steeped. Everybody has different tastes though, I like sweet things and a lot of fruits taste very sour or artificial to me, I like coffee & chocolate but so far I have not found any that I really like except a Mint Choc Vapetto that Chefs used to make and which I still have about 50mls of left.
What's your source that fruits don't need steeping. Anything with a mix of more than one flavor can mature no? I've secrets inky had fruit mixes which changed with steeping considering sweetener and sour and salt are often added.

Regarding squonkers, surely it's down to the atty on top.
Marquis or snapdragon will give good flavour and can be single coiled.
Yah it is. I just don't see any bottom feed atomizers that would work for squonking that also fall on the side of small bore single coil flavor

I'll post a build. The spitting thing drives me
Crazy. I feel like I've tried every way to coil and wick under the moon. As for the flavor compared to something like the gt2 or kayfun 4 I just don't think it holds a candle. Evap chamber and center bore are what they are. And they matter a lot in flavor.

Edit. This build I tried a large diameter coil. It isn't wicking well when the juice gets low due to the amount of cotton. This build spot less than most.

Not sure if that was directed at me, but if you think about it, a 0.84 ohm coil at nominal voltage will only give you about 16w whereas on a regulated mod you can go higher, my SX350 I have at 40w with a 0.5ohm dual coil (which would come out at about 27w on a mech)

That's why I said plain fruits, if you start adding things to them then yes they may well need steeping.

Ah. I sort of assume nobody puts just fruit in. It has to have sweetener at least. Otherwise they would be terrible.

Here's a rebuild of the subtank mini. I'd love to hear what you think is wrong with the build. Directed at everyone. Oh and it's rayon so it doesn't look as thick as cotton but it's in there pretty tight to the coil.

So I realised afterwards - missed the original post, amazing though, after I bought the Chalice III, I saw a couple of posts with people having a lot of issues building on it and not getting flavour from it, yet the one I built today is just great, a lot better than the RM2 I originally had on the Reo Grand, and it's the same sort of 2 post atty, maybe it's the way I built it, which was kayfunesque style rather than normal RDA style

Funnily enough so far this one isn't spitting at me. We will see when the wick wrong juice burns off. It's the first rayon build I've ever put in here too

Thanks for the feedback , oh and [emoji41][emoji322]

Strangely it's super hot I had to drop it to 245F

The rayon tastes bland. Maybe it needs to break in

Yes saw one go earlier today, some prefer the 22mm ones others always go for the 14mm ones, for regulated I prefer 22mm, that way you can build a dual coil and use higher wattages, reason I'm getting "windows" on AAEC to build me another DNA40 squonker while he's putting a new 510 on my other one.

That looks absolutely fine to me. At one time, rayon was all i used until i tried the ... cottons, which i think are amazing, with never a dry hit, which occasionally i would get with rayon. :)
