Every time I look on the e-cig city site there's never any tips showing George, how did you manage to bag those Dibley tips mate ?? I only really go for the straight ones from Gary, but I do like the look of those two :)

I've got shares in FT, thought you knew that
You've got to go on at approx 10pm on either a Saturday or Sunday night Ian,it usually gives the day on a site message.
Be prepared tho' mate and move fast, they are usually gone in 10 mins.Pre-register an account and have your paypal pass word all ready typed in.It's Bedlam. It's literally first to pay gets them and don't think you've made it just because they are in your cart.

I wasn't talking about fasttech mate, was referring to the pole dancing club at PP:laugh::laugh:

Very interested in one of those Bob,if i miss anything can you keep us up to date please.:thumb:

will do, got more things on my mind tonight though, trying to get through to Housing Repairs - the Water Heater has packed up, think the problem is the pump, so we got no heating, luckily I've got a proper immersion hot water tank, so I can switch that over to Electric to keep the hot water.

I am very very pleasantly surprised Terry. There's no way an original is 10X's better than this, seeing as it's almost that much more money.
If you order only one mate, you've got to try it.

That good eh george ? Ok, i think you`ve convinced me, i will get 2 or 3 later :)

Cheers George, that explains it then. I'll have to pop by and witness the dog fight myself  I've already got an account there from the 5 or 6 I ordered before.

My Pole dancing club has a special offer on at the moment, buy two dances get the third for free

I won't put a like for this Bob. That's the last thing you need at this time of year, with temps being so low. I hope you've got some other form of heating, like a fire, until they get the problem sorted out.

This ones for you Terry

Did an experiment today with the Lemo. When I rebuilt it yesterday, as you know I kept the same coil. But this time I left longer wick tails (about 10-12 mm), still thinned them out and I flared them out more - like a fan effect. Normally I cut them really short, thin them out so I can almost see through the tails and I don't fan out the tails much.

Today, I had to keep tilting the Lemo so that air bubbles would appear. If I didn't do this, I was starting to get dry hits. Also I had to turn the power on the iStick down by a watt or so. Also I torqued the parts down a bit tighter than normal

So I'll be going back to my usual wicks. Tails about 6-8mm protruding from the coil and not fanned out as much. They don't connect with the horizontal part of the juice channels, so there's nothing to block the flow of juice.

Don't know if any of this helps, but I thought I'd give it a go :D

Iv`e found what works best for me ian is, with ... cotton just put a slit in each wick tail ( going to the coil ) and seperate them after sticking them the the pos/neg block, or if using rayon, fan out, and cut a V out of the tail ends. Either way, gotta keep them channels clear :)

 Thank God for that, I can go back to my old style of wicking then

I just thought I'd try and see if it made much difference. It really did give me a shock how different the vape quality was. The only good thing about the experimental wick was, I used about half the juice :) these Lemos are really thirsty, I get just over a work shift for each tank full.

As long as you've found what works for you, that's the main thing :D

We got up to no heating this morning.
No water pressure in the system at all.Usually means it's escaping from somewhere i.e a leak or similar. Was dreading a burst, but checked everywhere no leakages.
So turned the water supply on to the system and topped it up to pressure.Has run all day no problems.Just shut itself down for the night.
So,i'm waiting to see what the morning brings.

Yes i find a single works just as good as duals Ian. 1.5 ohms set at 10.5 watts, and it is pumping out the flavour/vapour. :)

That's weird, if it's a combi boiler, for it to lose pressure like that. They normally have a thermal cut off that activates the heating in case it drops below a certain temp, so the pipes don't get frozen. But for it to lose pressure is unusual. No sign of any leaks from the overflow outside mate ??

I do the servicing on our boiler here, obviously not the gas side though. The most common thing I have to change is the thermistors in the hot water supply. They get gunked up every couple of years and the hot water starts running hot/cold/hot/cold. Pay £80 plus £5 parts plus £80 callout charge to our old boiler engineer, or spend 10 minutes doing the job myself, it's any easy choice really :)

It's a mystery Ian.
The overflow actually had a cobweb across it and was bone dry.
No water or damp patches thru' out the house and like i say has run all day.Even ran a bath this afternoon.
Pressure is the same now as when i topped it up.It was bloody cold here last night, probably the coldest so far this winter. But that shouldn't make a difference.
Boiler is a Worcester and is only 18 months old.I'll see if she starts up in the morning and how the pressure is.Cross fingures, but it still needs checking out.

Only on a Saturday my Dear, when I become Irene
Oh right! ...suppose that'll be OK then

...on the news tonight is that the government plans to arrange for plain cigarette packaging before the election - I'm assuming they mean colours and brand names etc. ...so how will retailers know what's in the box! - is the lucky dip to make a come-back!

Even more glad that I don't smoke now!

Got a Dyson Hot Fan downstairs, and a Halogen heater in my room, but haven't had to switch mine on yet, it's still 21°C in here, I've got thermals on anyway and managed to get through to them and someone coming tomorrow, hopefully to fix it.

That is strange mate. To be honest, the only time I need to top up the water pressure in mine is after I bleed the radiators. Our boiler is about 15 years old now, I've had to change the thermistors, printed circuit board and another couple of parts over the years. A quick clean of the combustion area with a paint brush and vacuum every year (I watched the boiler engineer do this originally ) and it's working great. Like I said though, anything on the gas side, I wouldn't dream of touching. The water side though, is generally just basic plumbing :)

Hope both you and Bob get things sorted out.
