Noson dda bobw would u recommend the mini nautilus

:) Most of the people I know from the south can't speak/understand Welsh, used to live in Colwyn Bay when I was a youngster, so learnt a little bit, but most of it lost now.

Mini nautilus is quite a good atty and with the mvp2 you could probably go right up to the limit with it

Pictor look like a mini nautilus it is then.Terry good point didn't think of that
I have various different ones, but seem to have stuck with the 2 mini Nautilus and 6 MOW's over the past few months - the MOW makes a decent lower price option (I have a number of standard size and two mega size).
All are used on iSticks and the iPow batteries when iSticks are charging :)

Funny language Bob.
Brynglas means Green hill but strangely it can also mean Blue Hill.
There is no word for grass, they would say i'm going out to cut the Glas, meaning green or then again they could be going out to cut the Blue:facepalm:
I'm glad i'm English it's so much easier :laugh::laugh:

I have a cousin who lives in Maes Glas which means greenfield, and not far from where I lived was an area called Mochdre (pigs town) and glaswellt means blades of grass.

It is for the English, but it is actually one of the hardest languages to learn - think of there, they're & their, lots of English people mix those ones up

Can anybody explain or point me in the direction of some reading matter

as to why each manufacturer says that you should only use the supplied USB cable ?

I can understand the need for the transformer to match the circuitry, but I was under the impression

that the U in USB stood for Universal.

Ignore them they are idiots as long as the supplied cable is just a normal USB-A to Micro USB-B then you can use any old cable that is the same, I've got so many of them I could start a shop up selling the blinking things.

I used to work in Colwyn Bay and "Pigstown" Bob

Bob and Vince wouldn't that Dovpo be a different story,no charging that up with a phone cable(not that i'd charge any mod up with a phone cable)but you know what i mean....

There was a fair bit of industrial units down in Mochdre - I lived mainly in Rhos-on-Sea, after moving from the Bay, lived there from 1958 until about '68, the trams finished not long after we moved to Rhos.

Think the Dovpo uses a normal USB-A to Micro USB-B cable the same as most phones & box mods these days - it's just a cable nothing more, it's like using a kettle lead on a main computer as long as the fuse in the 3 pin plug is changed from 13A to 5A then no problem.

As Vince said U is for Universal :D

EDIT: It is the connector (charger) to the mains that can be a problem if over-rated and does not behave correctly, output should be => input required and should be able to regulate the power, or the mod should be able to regulate it

As you may have guessed George I'm no electrician, but from what

I've read, where there is no adapter (transformer) supplied you can use a

reputable adapter that has specs not in excess of the manufacturers'

recommendations, so I'll be using my android phone charger rated

at 5V and 550 mA which is well within the 800mA advised

I've read some vapers argue that the chip in the mod regulates

the power input, but with so many clones about I dont fancy taking the risk

with a higher rated adapter

So the ewows can they handle max vg because I have to use deionised water in the ets to stop the coils from clogging up
I suppose I may use more coils because of having to use VG, but I only use Max VG, and have only been using those two tanks for some time now. Before getting those I had Evods and various others. I've never added any water etc. to them.

I have a few others that I haven't used yet: MT3 S, ET-S, Aerotank mini and Genitank Mini.

The mini Nautilus and MOW have been the best ones I've had.

Nowt posh about Rhos (especially where I lived on the Elwy Estate) although the Avenues at the end of Elwy Road were the worst part (police house was at that end of the road )

I have 4 x Sammy 25R they have been rated at 20A but should be okay up to about 22A the same as the Sammy 20R (I've only used one so far in the P3)

PAIRING
Only pair new batteries together and they must be kept paired together if using in pairs.

You can unpair them if you are using them in mods that only require a single battery but once unpaired then they must be used as singles.

I have my 18650 pairs in dual battery boxes and ones that I use single in quad battery boxes so that I know which is which.
all my 16340s are paired as they are only used in the Billet Box and I have one set of 18500 which I keep together for my Juno v2, and I just charge them and reuse them, the rest are all single battery mods

At the moment I only have my T8 that uses 2 x VTC5s and I have 2 pairs of them as the T8 cannot be USB charged.
I have 8 new KeepPower ones that can be paired for any new ones like the Sig that needs 2 batteries.

550mA charger is not going to charge the Dovpo properly if at all, if it requires 800mA it must be => equal or greater than to do the job, a 1A charger would be a better option, just remember not to leave it charging unattended or overnight whilst you are asleep.

Good morning everyone!! Can you believe it? It's almost a new year!

Anywho i checked on my fasttech package this morning. Looks like the status has changed. Does this mean the office let my package slide?

Also on a side note, i did some research yesterday after i found out that the package was held at customs. I found out these facts about import duty :) Thought i might share. Not sure if it applies in the UK but i did the search solely for the purpose of importing into Malaysia.

Notes on duty & taxes rates and compliance
Electronic Cigarette is duty free and a has a VAT rate of 10% . Importation of medical products as well as electronic products that emit radiation are subject to examination by the national regulatory entity, such as the Ministry of Health or Food and Drug Administration. License requirements may apply. Duty rate for Electronic cigarette may be reduced as China-ASEAN free trade agreement applies. A certificate of origin may be required. Restrictions may apply for shipping this product with courier or postal companies [Some probability]. Packaging and labelling requirements apply to Lithium batteries whether they are contained in the equipment or sent separately from the device. Please, contact your courier for more information.

Notes on import taxes due
No duties because the total CIF does not exceed RM500.00

In my case my Cost of insurance and freight only costs RM251.78 which is under RM500. Why did they hold my items back in the first place -_- I swear to god, customs officers in Malaysia... really have nothing better to do but to extort money from people :(

Noted mate

On a different matter I've emailed Dovpo to find out if the unit automatically

stops charging when the battery is fully charged, I'll let you know soon as
