Oooo Looky HERE trish, a red box mod for you :D
Aw! Looks nice ...but (there's always a but!) it doesn't charge via a mini usb so I'd need to buy a battery charger and one of the batteries, and it's a bit on the big side! :)

Don't look Trish
Too late Bob, I did!
I've got the Blue one, it takes 1 x 18650 and 1 x 18350, one of the battery tubes has an active spring cap the other has a blank cap, when 1 battery runs out you swap the caps over, it's only a normal 15w mod though made by Sigelei - the Tmax v5
The wattage is fine really, but the size and battery issue isn't what I'd want ...these iSticks have spoiled me with their neatness! :)

That Red Smart-20 I got today doesn't like playing nice with the mega MOW! The iStick my Doughnut/mega MOW lives on needed charging, so I thought to put it on the red one while the other charged. No atomiser! I tried a mini Nautilus with Posset in it and initially the same happened until I screwed it on a little tighter, and then it worked. No way would the mega MOW work though!
So I just put the adapter on it and tried a standard MOW on it - no atomiser! Looks like this is going to annoy me! :( Think the contact is too low.

There was a couple of people thinking it was a real one as it didn't say "style", and seeing as the cheapest you can get it for is about £90 it definitely is not a DNA30 but some cheapo chinese board inside, that's not to say it won't do the job just like any other 30w mod.

Yeah, i will get the sigelei bob, once i get my refund. The crappy hana is making good progress on it`s return journey :)

Yes, there is, but some cookies are quite useful, I don't have to keep logging into certain sites, because the cookies keep me logged in, even if I have to restart the computer for some reason, e.g: MicroSnot updates (mine is usually on 24/7)

I think that's the setting I've got. It deletes most cookies and history when I close the browser, but keeps some of my log in details - but not passwords.

Sometimes it's worth buying in UK rather than FT, which one did you get.

Just a cheapo Sansa Clip style. I'm really surprised at the sound quality though Bob, even with the cheapo headphones it comes with :

New Sandisk 4GB Sansa Clip+ Portable MP3 Player Black for music audio 3610170010005 | eBay

OMG yesssss!~ Its like having a lighter in my hand. Super tiny OMG. It's so small i feel like i might break it LOL!

Comparison with my hana lol.. Tiny.. SUPERR!

It's also surprising how well it performs for the size :D

And by the way guys, please do call me Sarah.

Welcome Sarah, now we don't have to call you Eva

Hello Ian, are there any suggestions of things to avoid at all costs from fasttech. I read the reviews on basically everything i buy or want to buy, to help narrow my decisions. My wishlist in fasttech is growing larger each and every day. Just gotta pull the trigger and place an order.

If you can post a few links for the items you're thinking about ordering, we might be able to give you some pointers :)

Decided to take the Lemo on an iStick to work with me today, instead of a Vmod. I figured if they could survive a full day bouncing around in one of the bone shakers I drive, then they must be good.

They did last all day, worked perfectly

-----------------------------------------

Right bed time for me, got an earlier start tomorrow, so I'd better get some kip. Night all.

Something as simple as a safety pin will so ot trish, or a darning needle etc ! you just sick that down the side of the 510 connection pin, and sort of wiggle the pin up a bit.If you can`t do it i will see if i can find a vid for you :)
Safety pin? I'll see if I can find one ...Darning needle??? Nope, don't do no sewing!  .....I think I can recall my grandmother darning socks!!!

Ha! ..there's a sewing box deep in the darkest recesses of a kitchen cupboard ...I'll get someone to do a reconnaissance mission tomorrow! Then I'll see what I can do ;)
(If I were to kneel on the floor and try to peer into the back of that cupboard, I'd fall head first into it! )
I actually think there's a curved heavy duty needle in there ..was my Dad's - a sort of upholstery needle ...if that can be found it sounds like it'll do the job because the curved sharp piece is flattened.

So, the object is to get something fine under the edge of the pin and try to lever it up? (Pin is an odd term for it - I'm assuming it is the flat brass coloured part?)

Er - it is safe to poke metal objects under it? ...I won't electrocute myself

I use a very small flat head screwdriver if I need to pry up the positive pin. Gently pry it up going around, most you can pull it out 1/2 inch and the wire is fine. I have a pack of insulators that I got from FT in case they needed replaced. Not really that hard.

Off Topic~~~~
Well I Can't stay away from the Classies, ran across this deal
(US) - FS - IBTanked lot
"Asking $25 shipped for 6 IBTanked tanks and an extra unknown tank"
Don't really need any more IBTanked Tanks, but could not pass up the price.
Should ship by tomorrow. (Quote from Seller: "Thanks very much. I'll have these out by tomorrow.") :)
On Topic~~~~~

Ah! and there's another option ...I think we have a set of tiny screwdrivers that an optician gave me when a screw kept loosening in my specs! ;) Thanks Burnie.

Surprised no-one made a little tool to do that with! :)

Hah! I gathered the Ravenspell bit - haven't read any of the books and am not a gamer, welcome to our little club then Sarah
Hahaha I know it sounds weird. But i like the ring to it LMAO. It's ok if you're not a gamer, the name poped out of nowhere tbh. Oh yer~ i like wizards/warlocks when i play online games, thats why there is spell in there somewhere haha!

The more the merrier. We don't bite!
Thank You!! TBH im so feeling at home with ya'll rather than anywhere in the forums ;) It's like i can voice out what i wanna say and then get feedback without being bashed at lol!

I see FT have got the vaporshark in now, with a fixed battery
I saw that too with the crappy comments. Doubt it works like an original shark :( but aesthetics wise, danggg its almost the same and i love it lol.

I just ordered a lemo drop. I was thinking over it over again until i decided to cancel my order on the new orchid and got the lemo drop. Paid less because i minus out the orchid. The reason i was thinking a lot on this, is because i was worried that the lemo will be a lot like the kangertech sub tank and aspire atlantis. Where the ohms are sub ohms by default and the istick wont be able to take it. How is the combo doing for you? Can we vape on it straight out of the box or do i have to coil the darn thing first to get it working =/

Sleep tight everyone. I have no idea how many hours are you guys ahead of me hehe. It's 4pm right now in Kuala Lumpur :)

I've enquired if the mod cuts off when the battery is fully charged

well good luck in getting a reply - I've sent a query off to Greenleaf about the upgrade for the T8 they keep promising, and another to Pioneer4You about how to use the upgrade that they have published and my thoughts about the non-magnetic battery door/missing spare screws etc.

I think that's the setting I've got. It deletes most cookies and history when I close the browser, but keeps some of my log in details - but not passwords.

I don't store passwords in any browser, I have 2 password programs, LastPass & Roboform which are both very secure and once they have the login details for a site, then when I go to say CV it automatically takes me to the logIn page and fills the details in so that keyloggers can't detect any keystrokes.
They can also generate secure random passwords of any length so that no 2 sites have anything that is similar, that way if a site gets compromised only that password needs changing and all others are safe.

The Sansa are quite a good make, I have the Sansa Fuze tucked away somewhere, I used to use it when I worked for living  http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SanDisk-S..._PortableAudio_MP3Players&hash=item2c9446719c

Trisha, just make sure you don't press the fire button when you come to poke around with the screwdriver. Better still switch it off first with the 5 clicks, just to be on the safe side :)

You'll still have to build a coil for the Lemo, but their really easy to work with. It does come with a coil and wick already in there, but I always build my own anyway.

For work, I have to have a combo that won't leak (cos I put it in my shirt pocket). It has to be able to stand up to plenty of bumps and knocks - I'm a bus driver, most of the routes I do have a lot of speed bumps :)

8am our time, when you posted. So I guess you're 8 hours in front or 16 hours behind, depending what day it is there Sarah

----------------------------------------------

Better get sorted for work now. See ya'll later.
