OK then ...perhaps something a little less 'iffy'?

Oh typical! Recommend it to me on the strength of a headline! ...if our doctors worked that way they'd soon polish off the current A&E problems!

Ok no more Iffys, I promise

I think I just got over excited at the headline and dashed in with the post, like a kid at Christmas  Didn't realise we had any problems with A&E departments

Briefly looking at the clone Bob,i say briefly 'cos i realised the cleaning it will need, so stuck it back in the box 'til tomorrow.
There is no way the original is worth 8/9 times the money.Threads are good, just looks a really good clone.
One lad on potv reckons Puff palace have sent him an original by mistake, wishful thinking, but they are bloody good for the money.

Whose make of clone is it - I'm still waiting for my Tobeco one to ship.

It's been all over the news - I blame it on all the idiots that turn up and all they need is just a paracetamol or plaster, those and the binge drinkers.

Except for being overcharged for the cinema ticket  It's an expensive night out going to the cinema these days.
I seem to remember that one was very expensive for what it was! :(

Ha-ha!
....problems with A&E? - they aint coping with the winter increases on top of the fact people are using A&E like a doctors drop-in centre these days!

Nope, it`s where Ian frequents Trish
Oh is it indeed ..wonder what Ian would have to say  ...and how do you know? - you seen him there?

Yes, all of those, plus it would be far easier if GP's hadn't been given a huge pay rise and greatly reduced working hours some years back!

People can't get a GP appointment for the lesser or non emergency things in a timely fashion.
I wonder, do pharmacists still offer the excellent service for the small stuff ? We used to have a terrific one who would check blood pressure for people, dress small wounds, and do many other things for people. We could talk to ours privately about concerns, and he'd either offer a solution/treatment or advise if a doctor appointment was necessary.

I can get an appointment if I want the worse doc in the practice, but if I want to see the best, then maybe next week :(
Some Pharmacists are quite good at helping people, especially for the small things, they also have these drop-in centres now, where you can see a doctor almost there and then, had to use one a few years ago, couldn't get an appointment at my doctors, so popped into the nearest one, was suffering severe pain on the side back, roughly where one of the kidneys are, turned out to be an infection, a 5 day course of ABs soon put it right.

Sarah, It might be worth hanging on a little while longer, the istick 30w & 50w are on the horizon and sound like they may be better than those.

Sarah, had to look up the SX300 'cause it is not really known over here, it uses the same chipset as the Zero that I have just received, but looks more like the Hana, so if you can get that local, then it might be a worthwhile choice

Thanks bob! :) The SX300 is quite famous here hehe. And comes with many colors~ Okay so its the same as the Zero. I know you just got yours, but how is it for you? We have people reselling their zero's within a month of using it and sometimes weeks. So i might question if there is anything wrong with it that people are reselling it back again in such a short period of time.

What do you think about the ipv mini?

Hard to know which is the best of the worst at our practice lately. The practitioner sister, head GP and another GP all retired last week!
Earlier last year, the one doctor we'd decided we would use if we needed to went to another practice as she was being inundated with people wanting appointments with her at our practice!
We were given the name of another by the sister a couple of weeks ago, but it remains to be seen if she's still there if/when we need to see her!

We do have a drop-in centre but not one we'd want to use unless desperate.

I liked when a GP ran his own surgery and got to know their patients fairly well. Those large medical centres are very hit & miss and impersonal. There's no sense of knowing the doctor or them knowing their patients rough history.

I was thinking the same trish ! Snuff has been used for hundreds of years, perhaps thousands, and i reckon if there was any real danger associated with it, it would have been spotted by now ! Like i said, give it a whirl, you never know :) Tissues at the ready don`t forget

I believe snuff is still associated with causing cancer. Any kind of tobacco product is, they just vary in the severity and type of cancer I think. Would probably pay to research it though.

Dave your juices are going to be posted in about 10 minutes mate :) Also FT have now received the faulty Hana and issued my gift certificate, so i can have a nice spend later on :toast:

Right off to the post box !

Cheers Terry. Got a few rta's stripped and cleaned in the ultrasonic I bought so will be building some coils soon (kayfuns and rockets).

Forgetting about ohms and amount of wire used, is there a benefit of using different diameter coils? Eg taste, wicks and juice consumption.

Can`t really ignore the ohms dave as they play the most important part IMO ! I have tried many different builds, and what works best for me in a RTA is a lowish ohm coil, i find 1.2 perfect. 2.5 mm dia, and wicked with either rayon or ... cotton. But that is just me mate, i am sure other people will have their own favorites :)
