That's a joke Bob, would this be of any use ?? :

How to complain – Consumer Focus

Nah! that's just their internal complaints procedure, and all they keep saying is "Oh! we'll get the manager to speak to the staff" total waste of space, don't know why they advertise next day service when they obviously cannot comply.

I honestly can`t remember ian, i`ve tried that many vendors over the months :) It could of even been LT cigs, as i tried a few from there !

Thinking back, it was either JJ or LT. Wasn't all that good on its own, but once I mixed in some cappuccino it was a decent liquid. The master mixer can cure almost any juice

They shouldn't be allowed to call it ROYAL mail anymore just my:2c:

Too right George, they should get rid of the Royal crest too. Their about as useful as Jim Royal

Just did a quick search and that site popped up. Didn't really go through it properly though.

So basically they're just fobbing you off with the Manager speaking to the Staff thing :(

I haven't Trish, gave up before i got there:(.There are some bloody awful baccy juices out there. The RY's i tried were not good.
I'll give it another shot and be a bit more selective. There was one i had that was decent,to be fair.Honeywood by Redvape. And Redvape have just extended their range.
Chefs RY is good, and I like the Nicoticket Virus. I can't use it by itself and have to dilute it with crème brule, but Burnie may have, and he may be able to tell you about it. I really like it fairly freshly made in the mix I use.
I think the Steamgunk one was good too ...think Terry got some.

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday, was absolutely knackered after work, I did give out some likes though :)
Your spiritual presence was noted :)

I'm still waiting for a packet posted in York on Monday - 1st class signed for - what annoys me is that there doesn't seem to be an independent complaints procedure.
Never is for somewhere likely to get complaints!

Hahaha, saw the reference to Ians shop but didn't realise what it meant
Oh dear.......

It's good to know I'm held in such high regard on here Bob
High? ...pole?

They shouldn't be allowed to call it ROYAL mail anymore just my:2c:
...same way they still call it National Health Service - a lot of the time, there is little actual service, and we're made to feel that we should be grateful.
Just like the RM, it works fine some of the time. The name is kept because it implies things still work as they used to there!
