Set up my other two KF4`s earlier. One @ 1.1 with rayon, filled with Goose juice, and put on my sig. Lovely vape of sweet custard clouds. Next one @ 1.2, again with rayon, filled with Doughnut King, and again lovely sweet juicy clouds. :)

Forgot to mention Vinnie/Dave, i have put a bit of Rayon in with your Lemo`s, as i binned that crappy Chinese cotton what came with them. I think you will find the rayon a lot better. :toast:

can't stay on for long tonight, been a long day today at work. Then got home and had to fix the house phone, it suddenly stopped working. I sussed out the power lead was at fault, so had to splice a new lead on from the phone upstairs.

In other news, the istick 50 watt, worked perfectly today. I'm running it at 2 watts higher than the 20 watt, but using the same Lemo on top.

I'm glad I've not missed much mate, too much reading otherwise

I'll be having an early night tonight anyway. Did a late on Saturday, 8.5 hours off work, then back in for a 10 hour duty today. Will take me a while to get used to this new rosta at work.

Don't be giving away all that rayon will you

Is this what you mean by "centre build coils" , Vince?
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-xJld2yx-FE

Sorry for the late reply mate, we've had company
Yes, that's the idea, I still use the left + and right - posts but bending the legs to suit while the coil is still on the mandrel saves any cross overs or misshapen coils, it's a cracking build for drippers to get the coil smack in front of the air source

@ Adam, your black drop will be sent as soon as i get my Tobeco`s mate. It`s still in use until they arrive. :)

No problem mate I'm not in a rush. They coming from China or the UK?

It does last a long time that rayon. I think I'll be selling on some of my stash soon, just got to decide what I can live without :D

No sign of the Flask yet, with a bit of luck it might arrive next week.

The Tobeco`s are coming from the good old Us of A mate  they got delayed with the bad weather, so they should be shipped this week !

Yeah, won`t be long now Ian. As for your stash, i would start selling sooner rather than later mate, especially your mechs, as people are more opting for regulated now. I reckon mechs will more or less be obsolete soon.

You're right mate, I'll have to get some pictures done and get them stuck on ebay. I'll be keeping my originals like the Taifun, GP Paps, plus a couple of Nemmies and an Astro. But I should have at least 6 full set ups (mechs, tanks and matching tips) that I can git rid of.

Have to shoot off now mate, I'm knackered. Hopefully, I'll pop in tomorrow night :)

You could hear a pin drop in here!

I'm trying to work ...sort of tentatively getting a little done at last, and hoping I speed up a bit! :)
Won't get a lot more done tonight as I only had 5.5 hours last night and it wasn't enough. There was a nightingale singing in the garden at 4.15am just before I went to bed!

....we have the dog bath & clippers coming in the morning, so need to be up around 8.30.

I don't know very much about those, so not that sure what the so called 'stopper' actually is ...but the comment is loopy!

Again? does it do that? ...or is it just that now and then, the dynamics drift a bit and then come back again? :)

It is the weekend, and no post today, plus no FT for a while now - and nothing new in our favourite liquid stores!

Tell you what though - I mentioned the first time my iStick 50 needed charging that it seemed to suddenly happen.
I've been using the Doughnut a lot this past week, do as it's on the iStick 50, it's had a fair bit of use. It happened again a few days ago, and tonight it happened again. The last two times, I knew it had a good 25% charge left, yet within a short while, it needed charging.

I'm thinking that 25% may be a good point to re-charge it, but do wonder at it suddenly dropping so fast once it's at 25% left.

Seems like a good reference point then :)

When I first got my mvp 2 I read an article from I think it was the Battery University where they reckoned that lithium chemistry batteries give their best performance and longest life when charged at 3.6 volts remaining and taken off charge at 4.1 volts. On the mvp owners thread they have a ...... charge early and charge often due to the fact that lithium batteries have no memory
I must say it seems to be right, my mvp has never seen even the yellow indicator and it still performs like new after almost a year

The missing word is m a n t r a, seems strange not allowing that, I apologise if the word gives any offense

Yes, I'm pretty happy with everything I'm using at the moment. Should get an Eleaf Air and pack of coils for it tomorrow or Tuesday, so I'll see how it goes with the Mint Choc Vapetto ...still finding the good old Evod single coils lasting best in the absence of the BVC ones (not been good lately).

...and I'm hoping Avant Garde get some more stock this week! There's a few I want that are o/stock.

Seems like a good reference point then :)
I suppose so - a lot of the mods seem to have odd idiosyncrasies with the battery behaviour!

Anyway, I'm off now....night all! :)
