I'm not likely to spend 90€ though!

I had to stop myself.....could have spent that and a lot more. There's a few juice brands from the U.S there,i've not seen for sale in the U.K
Worked out with postage for a 30ml bottle about the same price as other U.S juices sell for in the U.K anyway.I got 2 bottles of the same,i'd been looking for it for a while.

If I could use more PG, there'd be more there that I'd like!

I'm feeling rather annoyed though - I just registered at Vaperev - the world distributor for POET - and during checkout I got: We apologize, due new restrictions within your country we can no longer ship e-liquids to you

The UK is in the drop-down when registering, so I don't understand that! I've sent them an email. Pain :(

I got the concentrate from chefs vapour and mix my own. I've made it at 10% and 12% so far and not noticed a huge difference, think they might even recommend 15%. Either way it goes further than most complex flavour concentrates which is good.

Thanks, I ordered some concentrates and juices earlier, Ill order some ra tomorrow

Here's an update on the above - Vaperev make out the customs form/label accurately with contents and value, and I think that's where the problems have happened.
This is a copy of the email they just sent me:

Unfortunately, we no longer ship liquids directly to the UK. This is because past shipments have been confiscated by customs and Royal Mail. All packages seized were either destroyed or returned as "not allowed". When looking into this further, the issues were caused because of the amount of nicotine allowed for import and the bottles our manufacturers use do not all contain child resistant caps as well as the labels do not have the cross bones and skull warning on the labels (since they are not required by US law).
Until POET and other manufacturer start implementing this, we cannot ship directly to the UK and some other countries. If the requirements have recently changed, we can start to sell and ship directly to the UK, however, no one has been able to provide us with any information that states otherwise.
When you purchased liquids from the US, are the companies you are buying from using USPS for the shipment and are they declaring the e-liquids as such for the full value? The only way we can see that these companies are getting around this, is that they are declaring these items as essential oils or something else and under declaring the value to pass customs.

We all usually get 'carefully' made out forms on our packages, but I do know that NT said something recently about needing to make accurate customs declarations - that would mean two small bottles would be the limit to avoid duties!
They also use the glass bottles with childproof caps and probably have the hazard logo on them too.

It's one thing having to pay duty/charges, but if things are being confiscated/destroyed, then it's not a risk I want to take with a company where I don't know their package labelling policy.

I'm starting to think that French company may be more useful than I'd thought after all!

What concentrates did you go for?

You know I looked at that many I'm not sure, I know they were all fruits, I think some were Inawera and some Flavour Art, just in small sizes for my first attempt. I noticed the red astaire is cheaper from CV than it is from the T Juice site - strange

Not good if many others follow Trish. How do Vendors get around those rules?
I'd love to order more from the States, and if i have to pay duty,i have to pay it.
But one thing sticks in my throat, that's paying Royalfail the £8 administration fee for collecting it.Sometimes the fee is more than the duty.

Sounds good, those are both strong concentrates so you won't need to use much to get a good flavour. I mix my inawera concentrates using 'drops' rather than a % as they are so strong you can just use 10-20 drops into 10ml base vg/pg or whatever. I usually think 1-2 drops per ml is a good mix but they do vary a little.

EDIT: Red astaire is cheaper because chefs vapour are the mutts nutts

Well I don't know what I've stood in for luck, but hope I can find some more.
I've just put together another of Terry's Lemos and real adventurous. I used 4 lengths of that 0.21mm kanthol I got free, twisted them together with a drill, 6 wraps on 2.4 bit gave me a 0.6ohm build. Didn't try to trap the wires under the screws, I took my time and used the post holes. A little tweaking and it looked perfect.
The juice I got from FT while they were having a sale. It's Huaberg, Fruit mix at 70/30 pg/vg and 12 mg nic. Cost 87p for 10ml. Tightened the airflow down to, I suppose a tight ciggy, put at 16w on the IPV mini and it's spot on again.
That's 3 liquids out 3 straight in the premiership league, all cheap, and the last 5 builds have been 99% perfect as well.
I'm on a roll.:rickroll:

Oh! words fail me! Sorry to hear that - you must be really annoyed and fed up.

Problem is, I know that I am going to be unable to do much for 2 weeks afterwards, so trying to plan anything is a nightmare, got a night out planned for 23/03 and mate coming over from Belgium Easter Sunday for a week, so if they can't fit me in next week, then it will have to wait until 2nd week in April or later.
