I've been reading your posts about upping the ohms mate, does make sense. I've also found that some tanks work better with the airflow closed a little for extra flavour, whereas others need it fully open. All part of the fun, sussing things out

Yes, sub ohm`s really came into there own for mechs Ian, where the power output was restricted as you well know ! But what really makes sense to me now is, with these powerful regulated mods, you can build as high as you like, for all that extra wick/surface area just gives more flavour and vapour. The sky`s the limit mate. :toast:

Glad all seems to be working out!

Slowly getting there now :)

It's one of the best pranks I've heard in a while. Can't believe so many drivers fell for it

I think we have so many home (UK) problems, most won't be looking past those issues to the outside dangers ...I'd like someone who will not only make a difference that we can feel before too long, but be wise when it comes to dealing with all the various other issues throughout the world, including Europe.

Just a shame we can't take all the best bits from each party and lump them all together in one.

Some residential areas with takeaways have local laws imposed regarding late night opening in an effort to discourage groups of troublesome youngsters hanging around. It used to frustrate us that they were always closed by supper time!
Not sure if that rule has been changed here since.

That does make sense :)

Ian it will be another ten years before I get anywhere near Bobs vape emporium
Did you see that last picture he's got more mods, attys and juice then my local b&m

 Very true mate. I always thought I'd be happy with just a couple of Vivi Novas and 2 ego batteries though when I first started. Now I've got a full vape cupboard

It's surprising how things have come along the last year or so mate. I honestly thought I'd never go back to a VV device when I got my first mech. Now I've moved onto VW, my Provari hardly gets used these days and the Nemmies are feeling pretty lonely

Not able to get on here much at the moment, shall do my best to catch up every so often. Hope you guys are all well!

I tried the Diamond Mist juices tonight and in the sniff test they all seemed delicious but once they were in a clean recoiled H2 clearo it was a different story

The Midnight Mist - from the picture on the package this was meant to be a mixture of citrus and grape but it tasted like a nondescript sour concoction that reminded me of a fruit I once tasted from one of my cactus , not nice at all, not even Ian could save this one

The Vimmy - a claimed Vimto copy, first impression was of burning rubber with notes of onion, so bad I thought the insulator must be burning in the heater but on checking I found it wasn't, the juice just tasted really bad

Tutti Frutti - the only one of the 3 that may be vapable, I'll try this again tomorrow

After finding the Toonz so delicious what a disappointment, I'll probably try them all again in a dripper, but I dont hold much hope

Glad I didn't buy the concentrate of the vimmy then!

You did right avoiding the chippy Trish.I went into one in Dundee and they were cooking Pizzas in a frying pan:facepalm:

Probably not what you're describing but some serve deep fried pizza up here. They'll basically deep fry anything. [emoji23]

One of these £12.95
and 2 or 4 of these @£6.99 each
and whatever they charge for postage would be my recommendation.

and don't build too low, Personally wouldn't go below 0.5ohm.even though they say 0.1 and Ruby said 0.2

EDIT: to future proof yourself you could always get the i4 instead of the i2 or even the d4 or d2

Seen some slightly negative reviews of the d2 and d4 in that they charge to 4.15v or something and not quite to 4.2v.

Look into it if that worries you, otherwise a great charger apparently. My newer i4 has been flawless so far. I saw Phil mentioned some chargers in a recent video and there was an interesting looking one, by xtar maybe I can't remember.

In other vaping related stuff, rip did a sneak peak at the lemo 2 and it looks great but he said it leaked a little after filling.

That 30mm atlantis battery looks ridiculous imo.

I've been puffing away on my subtank mini and (terrys old) lemo drop for a few days now happily :)

Nice! I can taste all four, especially when the coil is newer, but can never turn the wattage up without it starting to taste off (not that I really need to turn it up though) :)

I`m not sure what tank you use for your`s Trisha, but if you could get some high ohm coils for it, you could increase the watts a bit without it tasting off, bloody amazing vape, and i plan on getting more, and probably make some up as well :)

I have mine in a MOW ..tasted better than in the mini Nautilus! (less bother with dud coils too) - I do have some of the last genuine newer V2 2ohm coils, so could try one in there ...not sure what it is at the moment, but likely a 1.8. (FT do 2ohm, but they're not authentic ones)

LCCC is one of the ones that I always order in 100ml bottles 6mg, with a 30ml of 3mg to mix it down a bit! I'm trying to get down lower now ...aiming to get to 3mg in a few months if I can.
I'm thinking the less dependent on nicotine I am, the less any regulation/restrictions will trouble me.

I already have a number of 3mg, and tend not to read the label on everything where it's not obvious ..that way, I haven't a clue whether I'm using 6mg or 3mg!
I also have some 0mg ...good for mixing down 6mg to 3mg.

Don't know who it was found the Isle of Custard site, but I came across it somehow today, and decided to order 5 x 10ml bottles to try it! 4 are 3mg, and one 0mg (all they had in stock of max VG)

That was the one Bob didn't realise it had a 30 mm base.Damn that's big some crazy airflow on there on the drip tip as well

He showed the normal Atlantis v2 22mm as well, has the same airflow holes below the tip, but the bottom air-flow is similar to the v1 but I believe on both sides, not like the Mega which had sized holes rather than the slot style.

Haven't heard anything about the d2 & d4, I know Burnie has one or the other and likes it, I have 2 x i4s myself, although it is only occasionally that I have to use both at the same time, will have a hunt around about those others though.
Watched a review of the Lemo II the other day, might have been the Rip one, and totally agree about the CF Mega, I've seen 26650 tube mechs beefore and they all look ridiculously big and fat - not for my medium sized hands, more of use for a brickie or platelayer

EDIT: knew there was a reason I didn't like the XTAR chargers even though they are supposed to be better - it only has a 12v input so uses a transformer plug, whereas the Intellicore models is just a figure of eight lead with a normal plug on the end (useful if you travel).

Cheap Mech Mods and a few regulated ones, but he is supposed to be going to make a cheap wood squonker:

9YMOHwI.jpg

his FB site (only available to FB members) is : https://www.facebook.com/groups/134284023376823/?fref=nf but he does have a normal site as well : Affordable Mods where you can see some of his work, please note there are some weird ones here and some that are x-rated.

The Raspberry doughnut one was the one I'd like to try, but think I'll wait to see what the Isle of Custard ones are like - I have plenty of strawberry and raspberry flavouring if I want to add anything :)
The sample pack is tempting though.

I'd like to try the Jax range and the Isle of custard, and Charlies is really good.Spoilt for choice.
That's just it - we suddenly seem to have a glut of choice - not very long ago, I was struggling to find high VG ...now it's not a problem ...only problem is finding really good ones. There's been a number of disappointments recently! I'm thankful that I can still get Chefs in VG! (Think they're going to make more VG available before too long).

Too tempting to gather too much of it and then wonder how I'll use it all in a year ...can't freeze it, only keep it in a cool place and hope to extend it's flavour long enough!
Readily available concentrates may be the way forward for many ..I hope. Easier to store and cheaper on postage costs.

By the way - my nicotine is from Chefs and in VG. Clean smelling and not peppery. Not important which really as you can adjust PG levels with the base if you need to.

Saw onYou Tube last night Trish,Chefs are supposed to be taking on juices from another company.I think the guy said Vapelicious(retiring thru' ill health)
He wasn't sure as to whether they'd bought the company or just the recipes.

Edit: Yes it was them i recognise the names of the juices. And site looks down for maintenence
