Thank you! Samsung in the basket :)

Great! Something working at least!

Totally unrelated/off topic, but I just got the most expensive linen canvas I ever had ...24x12" and it cost £40! Almost double what I currently pay ....But, it had a code on the invoice that suggested I may know the source of the linen. A phone call and polite query as to whether they supplied a large London art supplier with the fine linen, and got an affirmative answer.
So, I've ordered a small square 12x12" one for £17 (all they had already made) and will see what turns up! Then I can get prices for bespoke ones in the sizes I use.
Toes crossed again ....no, better not - I woke up half an hour after I'd gone to sleep last night with cramp in my foot! Something I've suddenly started to get in the past couple of months! Ouch!!!
I get cramp in my toes quite often Trish, not nice is it  Before you order any batteries from FT, have a look at the VCT4`s from here 2x GENUINE SONY US18650 VTC4 IMR 30/50A 2100mAh Li-Mn HIGH DRAIN BATTERIES +CASE | eBay Bit more expensive, but you will get them a lot quicker, and they are very good batteries for TC mods.

Thanks Terry - I've added them to my 'watched' list :)

Trisha take a look at this.Makes the choice even harder
They're certainly very smart - I like three of the colours since seeing them all this morning

I like his reviews - to the point and no waffle
Yes - exactly how a decent review should be: about the object, not the ego of the reviewer ;)

Just checked and it's 4 Digbys I've tried and don't like.
1. DMC, well I didn't bother trying it's a custard and I've had no luck with any custards yet.
3. Apple & Cinnamon.

I bought those quite a while back and tend to mix them together, but I don't use them regularly, there are some much nicer ones around nowadays.

Agree Bob,Digbys got a name when there was little else better on the uk juice market,
But things have moved on and unfortunately for Digbys they haven't.

Have you found anything that helps it?
I've just been reading a bit about them (three types). Seems the most common that fits with feet and calves & mostly evening/night cramps is 'True cramps'. Suggested causes, as long as there's no liver or kidney problems, are low levels of calcium and magnesium, perhaps vitamin D deficiency, and also poor hydration.
I do know that the older we get, the more likely we are to need calcium and magnesium, and also vitamin D.

Hydration makes sense - I don't drink much water, but a lot of tea, which is good but not as good as water. Apart from slightly drier skin than I usually have, I have no other dehydration signs.
Calcium & magnesium makes sense too - although I eat plenty of yoghurt, cheese and use semi skimmed milk, I don't take any supplements. I do take 1000mg Vitamin D3 each day though.
It's a start, and I'll get some calcium & magnesium supplements and drink more water based drinks (if I must ).
Worth it to see if these cramps go away or improve.

There's other aspects to look at, but I think one at a time is best :)
