Have you found anything that helps it?
I've just been reading a bit about them (three types). Seems the most common that fits with feet and calves & mostly evening/night cramps is 'True cramps'. Suggested causes, as long as there's no liver or kidney problems, are low levels of calcium and magnesium, perhaps vitamin D deficiency, and also poor hydration.
I do know that the older we get, the more likely we are to need calcium and magnesium, and also vitamin D.

Hydration makes sense - I don't drink much water, but a lot of tea, which is good but not as good as water. Apart from slightly drier skin than I usually have, I have no other dehydration signs.
Calcium & magnesium makes sense too - although I eat plenty of yoghurt, cheese and use semi skimmed milk, I don't take any supplements. I do take 1000mg Vitamin D3 each day though.
It's a start, and I'll get some calcium & magnesium supplements and drink more water based drinks (if I must ).
Worth it to see if these cramps go away or improve.

There's other aspects to look at, but I think one at a time is best :)

Had a despatch email from MyEPack for the red Sigelei mini :)

No way! :p

Way Trisha, Way  Dunno about the liver kidney thing, but i have certainly give mine some stick over the years, and enjoyed every minute of it.
I am the same, as i prefer Tea to water any day of the week :thumb: I reckon Hydration, or lack of it will most likely be the culprit though ! :)

Yes i saw them, but pictures alone don`t fully explain what they are do they o_O Did notice the SX, but i didn`t know that was a TC mod

That's the one that works in Joules rather than watts, and as George said, a bloody good mod, well worth getting

and also vitamin D.

Plenty of sitting out in the sun - that's why you see animals doing it, soaking up the vitamin D

I don't drink much water,

I've started to, but I add a bit of Robinson's to it to give it some flavour, apple & blackcurrant :)

Would be nice to have a bit of sun, done nowt but rain up here for the last few days. :(

Off and on down here, went up to the hospital this morning, sunshine, came out it was throwing it down, went up later and it was drizzling, then sunshine, and when I got home Thunder & Lightning - scared the cat, came running upstairs to hide in my room.

I used to drink a fair bit when younger, but not now. I've seen a few good reasons not to, plus it just makes my eyes sore and I don't work well! ;)

All fluid is good, but it seems water is best. Not easy apart from if it's really warm in summer, but I'll make more effort.

Plenty of sitting out in the sun - that's why you see animals doing it, soaking up the vitamin D
I get bored laying around in the sun, and we're both wary of it now as my husband had a large basal cell carcinoma on his forehead 16 months ago that went undiagnosed by his GP for over a year! ...once we dealt with it ourselves, it was strict orders from the consultant that he always wear a hat and keep arms covered.
We do take a good D3 supplement daily though.

I've started to, but I add a bit of Robinson's to it to give it some flavour, apple & blackcurrant :)
Yes, better than plain water - I like unsweetened Ribena with a bit of Roses lime juice. I got a huge insulated beaker with a lid and keep it on my desk ...I've been forgetting to fill it and use it though - will start to do so now.

Would be nice to have a bit of sun, done nowt but rain up here for the last few days. :(
I enjoy a walk with dogs when it's nice weather, but I don't like cold, windy, rainy weather ..and we've had plenty of that. Bit of hail and a clap of thunder today.

I've read enough about magnesium deficiency to recognise some of the symptoms in myself, including, amongst others, muscle cramps and concentration!
I'm going to get a fairly low dose calcium and some magnesium too - calcium morning, magnesium evenings. See if these cramps go away after a month or so.
