Have you found anything that helps it?
I've just been reading a bit about them (three types). Seems the most common that fits with feet and calves & mostly evening/night cramps is 'True cramps'. Suggested causes, as long as there's no liver or kidney problems, are low levels of calcium and magnesium, perhaps vitamin D deficiency, and also poor hydration.
I do know that the older we get, the more likely we are to need calcium and magnesium, and also vitamin D.
Hydration makes sense - I don't drink much water, but a lot of tea, which is good but not as good as water. Apart from slightly drier skin than I usually have, I have no other dehydration signs.
Calcium & magnesium makes sense too - although I eat plenty of yoghurt, cheese and use semi skimmed milk, I don't take any supplements. I do take 1000mg Vitamin D3 each day though.
It's a start, and I'll get some calcium & magnesium supplements and drink more water based drinks (if I must).
Worth it to see if these cramps go away or improve.
There's other aspects to look at, but I think one at a time is best
