The coils look different:the .5 definitely has bigger holes in it and the 1.5 has deeper set, slightly smaller ones (by deeply set, I mean the metal looks thicker: around 2mm, or the hole has sides getting smaller towards the cotton - if that makes sense)

They are different, the original Subtank coils are horizontal not vertical, so probably need the bigger holes to feed the wick better

Orders from myepack and puremist despatched already :)
Nice! :)

You spoil yourself Trisha it won't hurt;)
So I keep telling myself! :) ...I'm thinking of Kipling here, amongst other things:

If you can keep your head when all about you
Are losing theirs and blaming it on you,
If you can trust yourself when all men doubt you,
But make allowance for their doubting too;

and
If you can dream—and not make dreams your master;
If you can think—and not make thoughts your aim;
If you can meet with Triumph and Disaster
And treat those two impostors just the same;
If you can bear to hear the truth you’ve spoken
Twisted by knaves to make a trap for fools,
Or watch the things you gave your life to, broken,
And stoop and build ’em up with worn-out tools:

If— by Rudyard Kipling : The Poetry Foundation

So I read in a review: Kanger Subox box mod atomiser kit - TimboZero Vaping

I also read that these coils take longer to break in - dripping a bit of liquid in and waiting a few minutes apparently doesn't work so quickly now, and it takes a while longer, and then may taste a bit off for a short while:Kanger Subox Mini Starter Kit - Full Review - Spinfuel eMagazine

I suppose trying them is what will be best to see how it is.
As for the 1.5 ohm coils, which I can't find anywhere, I just sent an email to Kanegronline to ask about them.

My VF Mini is out for delivery with Parcelfarce, still waiting for it though :( only an hour before they pack in for the day
Parcelforce comes here before/around 10am usually (used to be 7.30!)

Post chap was telling me that TNT folding has caused them a lot more work.

PF's depot is in Crayford so I suppose I'm on the way back to the depot, that's why they come so late, as for TNT, it was CityLink that folded, TNT still in business as far as I know.

Re: VF Mini: Nice solid mod, sprung loaded 510, much better built than the larger VF.
Not sure about this light, it's fairly unobtrusive, when firing (a dim blue colour), very bright when you switch the torch on though, holding + & - for 3 seconds, same again to make it flash & and again to switch the torch off, shame there doesn't seem to be a way to switch it off completely, so the blue when firing doesn't light up.

The post chap said TNT had changed their name, and had since folded ...don't know any details or if he was correct, but he seemed to be talking about a recent increase in workload.

I meant to mention mine earlier - just opened the box and had a quick look at it so far. What colour did you get? The grey is so nice I'm thinking I'll put up with the 'beacon'.
Nice size...little bit bigger than the Sigelei Mini, but a very nice finish.
I'll put a battery in it, but not sure what to do with it to use it! :facepalm: ...in no mood for instruction books either :laugh:

Go for the purple Bob ..it's rather beautiful - the amethyst is closer to the iStick magenta colour, the purple very different to anything else I have :) ....I'm still looking at that blue one too :facepalm:

Definitely NOT TNT, they are still trading, CityLink went bust on Christmas Eve, TNT are quite a large Dutch based company, there were stirrings about employees over here dumping letters instead of delivering them, but that was in the Daily Fail, which most people ignore anyway.

I got the gold one - quite a subtle gold, almost looks silver sometimes, how is the size compared to the Coolfire IV?

A wicked sense of empowerment? :rolleyes:
I once swore at an Arab in Tunisia in French - he was mocking the English, and the outburst in French shut him up! :laugh:

Oh well, the post chap obviously didn't know what he was talking about - I'd certainly heard nothing about it.

It's perhaps 7mm higher (minus beacon) and a wee bit narrower. Depth roughly the same as on the wider edge of the Coolfire.
I think the VF is heavier with the battery in it, so the Coolfire is neater and a bit lighter to hold.

In that case 1 or 2 won't hurt :D
