Cheers matey
I have it set at 440 at the moment on the VF,but only have the watts on 25.So tomorrow i'll take it up to 40 and have a go.
I`m only guessing, but, I think most, if not all TC mods will just be factory pre-set in the future so there will be no need for the user to mess with wattage settings. I think the SMY were the first to do this, but others will probably follow suit.

I hope this isn't the case as I like having the option to change the ramp up time with wattage, also less chance of overshooting your temp and burning things. Just my opinion mind.

Had a go testing my new flavours from chefs today on a Ni coil on the derringer. Queen of puddings is pretty good although it's a bit fuzzy tasting and I'm hoping it'll sort itself out a bit with steeping.

Clear storm is aptly named as it blew me away in a haze of menthol. It should calm down with some steeping though and maybe the other flavours will come out a bit more. I'd still like it though if this didn't happen.

What do you mean by 'fuzzy'? :) I found the blackcurrant forward when new, but it settled in with the other flavours after a week. Nicely layered.

I suppose the eucalyptus makes it quite powerful?

DV have announced two new vanillas: Crème Anglaise: smooth custard with a full vanilla flavour sweetened with brown sugar and a hint of caramel.
Vanille Française: creamy, soothing, full French vanilla that is alluringly sweet and provides a delightfully smooth sensation on the inhale.
They sell it in ready made & concentrates - Chefs don't have it listed yet.

I mixed Clear storm at 10% what did you mix it at Adam

Fuzzy as in not very crisp flavours, it all muddles together a bit. I may increase the % I used.

I think it's just the menthol aspect that is making it powerful, something like red astaire is gentle on the menthol and more eucalyptus I think. But most menthols calm down a bit with time, I tried it the day after I mixed it so it was bound to be strong.

6% at 65%VG.

At the moment am mixing mostly between 60-70%VG so some of my tanks like the lemo drop can keep up with it. For some reason I find the lemo drop has more wicking issues than the normal lemo.

Done.

Ah - yes, perhaps a little more, or even a longer steep ...whatever, I hope it develops nicely! I really like that one.

Quite a time since I bought a menthol one, but yes, you're right about it 'calming' with time. I used to get the strong one from LT, and it needed a week before I could use it.

Chefs do a pack of all 9 Flavour Junkie for £16. I'm not a fan of melon or menthol any more, and have some caramel flavouring. The berry one may be nice though, and also the vanilla bean custard.
I was hoping to find more info about the flavouring but can't find any. It seems they're 5 - 10% recommended.

All done.

Trisha how's the Blue cool fire, what do you think of the colour compared to the others, noticed yesterday that only the black ones where left in stock
It's beautiful! The colours shown in the images are very accurate, and where the iSticks are more of a sapphire blue, this leans towards a rich kingfisher blue/turquoise.
Unless I desperately wanted a silver or black mod, it would be a shame to pass up on these lovely colours.
I have to test a new lens soon, so I'll get a photo of it if it goes well.

Although a little more expensive, MyEpack have all the colours for £32.99 - free delivery if you add some coils :)
Or, you could ask Noble if they're getting more stock.

Two Gs air M tanks
Really are no-brainer tanks to use - just wish the coils were more readily available. I got a single coil from FT recently to see if their stock had improved, but haven't needed to try it yet - current tank has Dragonscape in it, so it'll need a new coil pretty soon - I'll see how that coil is!

I have those colours, and they're all really lovely shades.
It was so nice to get the colour variations that iStick gave, but now that Coolfire and Sigelei mini have such good colours that are different to the iStick, I've finally got the various reds and blues that I hoped for, plus that brilliant purple one!

I see FT have the Cloupor mini in gold listed today (due in 10 days) at around $30 - my black one has given me no trouble at all.

Nice - can't remember, do they package them 'appropriately' ? ;)
I just got two of the tanks last time.

Trying hug juice today and it's nice, has a slight cardboard note to it like a lot of melon flavours do but sometimes they steep out.

You had me worried there as I just bought the flavour junkie clear storm and if they had loads of nice sounding flavours I'd have been peeved but none of the others are interesting enough, just single flavours.

Only had one melon that I quite liked, and that was a free sample from Velvet Cloud: Melomenon.

No, no worries - nothing earth shattering. The vanilla bean custard could be nice, and also the berries one. I'll go looking for some reviews first though.
I'd try the 10ml bottles of ready made from Vampire, but it's 60%PG.

I saw this on Vampire's website:
Q – Are your concentrates PG or VG Based?
A – We use PG in our concentrates as a flavour carrier.

Q – What percentage flavour should I use when mixing your concentrates?
A – We work on 15-20% flavouring in our e-liquids, use 15% as a baseline & work upwards according to personal preference.

Sorry - meant 'appropriate' packaging in reference to the thieving lot at this end ;) Perhaps I should have said 'labelling'.

Vapemail:
Nice assortment! Hope they're good.
I'd ordered some more of the Moose Banana Cream Pie in 30ml (only banana one I've ever liked) and the only single bottle of MCV concentrate that they had - they arrived today with extra MCV concentrate! :) So thoughtful!

____________________________________________________________________________

I'll place a Nicoticket order later using the 50% off code - want more Passion Cake for a start, and may try the Strike ..said to be a straight NET pipe tobacco, and max VG @ 80%. It's a beta short run, so I may as well try it - I'm thinking I can add other flavours to it too, such as vanilla, almond ...whatever!

Brilliant! Hope it all goes smoothly with no delays Bob! Toes crossed for you! :)

Crossed fingers & toes didn't work - got up there at 08:00, at 14:00 I went down, and they used both femoral arteries (painful), they tried nearly every size and shape of wire inside the catheter, and at 17:00 they finally gave up, they couldn't open up the artery, and because of the amount of swelling caused by the procedure, they kept me in overnight, only got home about 3/4 hour ago, they've given me one new tablet Nicorandl twice a day and increased the Bisoprolol to 7.5mg. They are going to have another consultant get together to see where they go from here, so more waiting and the possibility of a bypass
