That's what put me off patches ...tried gum but found myself smoking whilst chewing it! I asked our pharmacist once about the tablets on prescription, and he warned me off them - he had a colleague who'd had seizures through taking them, and he hadn't been the only one apparently.
Gum was the only one I never tried,done patches,the spray that tastes like liking a dirty ashtray.Those dissolvable strips that you put on your tongue,they taste the same as the spray.I found every nic replacement that BP offers give you hiccups and heartburn
Most of that is for the overnight campers, it takes less than a couple of hours to walk round the whole thing looking in at each stall/tent, if you can get into them that is with the crowds. Main things you need are a decent pair of boots or wellies and a brolly, in case it rains, as it can get quite muddy, I took my mountain hiking boots last year as I don't have wellies, but forgot the brolly, so hid in a tent until it stopped.
Perhaps they should change the name to Vapenbury like the festival
