I'd hate to - but did find something out today about an ailment that is often triggered after giving up smoking!

I don't pay as much attention to my counter banner as I did, but there's still days I look at it and smile :)

...as for the dratted (insert a word of your choice) government, they need to make up their minds as to what they do want! If they think people are going to give up smoking in similar numbers by using ineffective patches and unreliable pills, then they are deluded.
Tried those patches all they do is make you feel sick, give you a rash and when you finally go to sleep damn some crazy dreams.
Put that right for you mate ;)

I won't go back, sometimes i leave the house without a mod, suddenly remember on my way out, but just ignore it and keep going.
When i smoked,i'd have turned around or called at the first shop i passed.
I still need mine close to hand but I've cut my nic down to 3-6%

That's what put me off patches ...tried gum but found myself smoking whilst chewing it! I asked our pharmacist once about the tablets on prescription, and he warned me off them - he had a colleague who'd had seizures through taking them, and he hadn't been the only one apparently.

When I know I'm going out for any length of time, I do take one with me, but it never crosses my mind on shorter trips out or for a walk.
Most of what I've bought recently is 3mg.

I had a quick try at VapeJam, so bought a bottle, but I haven't opened it yet, the 3 apart from 51 & 64 will be next on the list, when I have to re-wick or re-coil a tank.
Just wondering about an alternative to MCV. Still, I have plenty of concentrate and ready made to last for some months now :) I can always use MCV when nothing else appeals much!
Next time someone does a special offer, I'll try that Beard one.

Probably mate, see if i can hook up with Bob,say hello.
I was looking at the website last night, think i'll need a bike,it's over 53 acres.

Most of that is for the overnight campers, it takes less than a couple of hours to walk round the whole thing looking in at each stall/tent, if you can get into them that is with the crowds. Main things you need are a decent pair of boots or wellies and a brolly, in case it rains, as it can get quite muddy, I took my mountain hiking boots last year as I don't have wellies, but forgot the brolly, so hid in a tent until it stopped.

Ditto, I'd probably turn round if going out for the full day or off to watch Dulwich Hamlet, but quite often don't bother if I'm just going to the shops. Took my Cloupor Mini with a KFL+ which was about 3/4 full with me on Wednesday and still had a 1/4 left Thursday evening when I got home, (a few puffs under the blankets and they let me go outside Thursday after the doc had done his rounds)

Kept falling off of me, it's like those things they stick on you up the hospital when they do an ECG, they never used to stick either, but this time all but one did.

Gum was the only one I never tried, done patches, the spray that tastes like liking a dirty ashtray. Those dissolvable strips that you put on your tongue, they taste the same as the spray.I found every nic replacement that BP offers give you hiccups and heartburn

Terry is right Marcus.
I wouldn't bother with FT for rebuilding supplys.
Stealthvape is another good one.Look at the site they often offer free cotton, when you order wire.

edit: just looked, they are even offering free wire, you obviously have to order to qualify

What's the best wire to get to make a 1ohm coil George

You don't want ribbon wire to start mate
Get yourself a 10m roll of this in 28g(it goes a long way)

Kanthal A1 Wire 10m, 25m, 50m Reels / Spools

And add these free Muji pads to your order,it's not loads but it will get you started

MUJI Organic Untreated 100% Cotton Pads

Also locate the free wire and click on that, you won't know what you're getting until it arrives it's a lottery.

Edit: And take a look at the ohm meters:)

That's a "how long is a piece of string question" - for the Lemo 2 I think you will find it is 26g round a 4mm mandrel, but both the gauge of the wire and the diameter of the coil and leg length will all contribute as to how many wraps you need to make to get to 1 ohm, use this for the exact numbers
