Just got my batteries from FT.Bring on the istick 100
Got mine too - did the package have a green spot stuck on it and a label saying:
Goods not fulfilling the conditions prescribed by articles 9 and 10 of the treaty establishing the EEC'

As for the TC istick, the tracking still says the same as yesterday, and hasn't altered since 4th.

Red carded on mine and i was in, postmen ain't what they used to be :grr:
I was once sat having a cup of tea no more than 8 feet from the front door, and could see a delivery man pass the window then heard the flap on the post box clang shut, and when I looked, it had been a delivery we were expecting, and he'd put a card in the box but hadn't even rang the bell or knocked at the door! The City Link van was disappearing around the corner, and too late to stop him.
I was so annoyed that I phoned the head office and told them I wanted the delivery made that day ...we got it!
They tried to say perhaps I hadn't heard the doorbell ...I went and rang said bell while they were on the phone - pesky thing has rather loud big ben chimes, but can be heard all over the house and in the garden!

They always were a terrible company for reliability.

I heard the flap on the door, first thought was no batts today, only a letter.
Wrong!! Red card.I swear he didn't knock.
Had an agreement with our old postie, just leave it and sign.
There isn't two days anymore we get the same bloke.
They'd probably say they are over worked and in a panic to finish the round.Pfft!!

I'm really getting to wonder, if when they see something that will not fit through a letter box, they just don't bother putting it in the trolley/bag/whatever and just write a red card out, so that they have nothing to take back at the end of their round.

That's really annoying - We've had the same postman for years now, and at first we got the post by 10.30, then it got to lunch time, and now it's crept to 2.30 or even later some days. Really screws the afternoon up if you aren't sure whether something will arrive or not.
It's obvious that his round has grown, and last year, he was off for around 6 weeks with exhaustion ..his wife is a post lady and she was delivering his round with another postman, and said she was amazed that he'd been getting it all done himself, but admitted that some days he worked far longer than expected.
Perhaps he's also trying not to overdo it now.
But, he's been on holiday the past two weeks, and post is arriving at 10.30! We think the postmen are doing this round before doing their usual one, and sharing it because we've had quite a few different ones.

Wonder what that sticker is supposed to mean! It's obviously a statement of some sort ...a warning for future purchases? who knows.

I got a despatch email for my 100W iStick too today :)

But still no dratted 40WTC one delivered :grr:

Perhaps if they had an idea which houses would be occupied, they'd be tempted to do that, but what if you were home and opened the door!

Funnily enough, we had a post delivery last week of stuff that would fit in the post box, and the temporary postman saw me look out of the window when the dogs started barking ....around 10 minutes later, he came back with a bigger package saying he'd forgotten to pick it up when he packed his bag from the van!

Seeing 'vapfest deals' mentioned, I don't know if this is a permanent addition:
Welsh Custard Concentrate 30ml - ChefsVapour

There's some new ready to use at special prices on this page too: Clear Storm Extra, Superstar Circle, plus some others at special prices etc. as well as a new range of what seems to be highly concentrated flavouring:
New products - ChefsVapour

Old postman we used to have admitted he did this when I once opened the door and caught him leaving the driveway after a red card had been put in. I think he said he didn't have room to carry everything so didn't take it all.

Sometimes at the moment they just leave packages outside the door without bothering to knock or ring the bell. That's ok where I live now as our door is round the corner from the drive so you can't see the package unless you're walking to the front door but when I used to live in a flat they'd just leave it on top of the mailboxes so anyone else from the building could have it if they wanted. Always used to ring them up to complain about that. I felt I was being very fair as some posties would walk upstairs and leave stuff in your recycling box which is better (no chance of the recycling being taken from there).

Well, looking at the calculator (didn't work it out with nicotine, but no difference), 150mls @ 20% needs 30ml flavouring ...so yes, looks like it :)

Well, the tracking still says '4th Aug - Arrival at Processing Center' for the iStick 40W TC

...except it's sitting in front of me!
Arrived today, and the grey is very smart :)

TBH tracking is a waste of time once it has landed, for anything that is not Special Delivery.

It doesn't give much info, but once it says it's cleared customs, it's usually only 2 days before it arrives with the post. This has been 8 days, so I had wondered if it had been confiscated!
Still, it's here and that's all that matters :)

Karl at Chefs said nothing at all has been changed in the recipe for Doughnut, so thinks the wicking issue a puzzle.
It's always possible that one component of the ingredients could have been changed at manufacturer or bulk suppliers level, and if deemed the same or similar won't have been noted. (I had a very similar issue with a varnish a few years ago when the ketone component - a Laropal - had been changed in profile, yet was deemed the same. The difference was only noticeable at user level when varnishing linseed oil based paints).

I haven't yet tried the Doughnut in an Evod with basic single coil, but will try it soon ...the MCV has always behaved far better that way, but did clog other coils.

...and, I just saw this - looks useful for certain things:
It transforms any HDMI* TV or monitor into a full computer, allowing you to search the web, share your vacation photos, keep up on your email or do any of the tasks that you do on your computer today. All you need is a wireless keyboard and mouse and you're set.

I hadn't got as far as checking around on prices ...just wondering if it's as useful/easy as it sounds :)
I hadn't either, I get a newsletter from Saverstore, and remember seeing it, from what I can gather it can give you a Windows OS (upgradeable to Win10) on your TV as long as you have a compatible keyboard & mouse, believe some can use micro SD cards for extra/removable data storage, might be worth googleing "PC on a stick" to see any reviews

I'll have a closer look at some point ...I saw where it can be used with a monitor too ...seems very useful for times when the main computer either wears out or gets a problem.

I was thinking I could put certain files such as image reference onto a big screen from that stick?
My notebook computer is a good one, but compared to the image quality I get on this screen, it's nowhere near as good. I have a full back up done every week and some is updated on the notebook too regularly (when I remember )
Or, is it more as a stop-gap for internet and email?

Edit - it's £103 at Saverstore now. Could be even more than that at Dabs by tomorrow though
