Good value them Trish, just add your concentrate and our friend is our uncle :)
Yes, I like things simple! :)
I ordered a bottle of 3mg and a bottle of 6mg 100% VG - I also got a bottle of the Doughnut concentrate, and a Chefs Choice Apple Crumble.

I haven't tried any 1.2mg yet to see if helps with the colitis and sharpens my concentration - had a terrible headache the last couple of nights so thought higher nicotine wouldn't help. I've got some GVC in that strength, so will try some of that perhaps tomorrow.

Just a quick update, will catch up on everything else later, just got back from King's was on the table from 1pm until 5 pm yesterday - even the surgeon doing the procedure thought it was going to end in a failure again - BUT after all that it was a complete success, I now have 4 stents in the Right Coronary Artery to go with the one they put in the LAD 13 years ago, when they first told me the RCA was totally blocked, they showed me the before and after pictures and what a difference, another tablet to take for the next year as well to stop the platelets sticking to the stents.
:banana::banana::banana:

and vapemail yesterday - my Wood DNA200 arrived.

@Bobw1951

Fancying an Eden mods Snapdragon Bob,what do you think?
It's getting good reviews,did you get a chance to see one at Vapefest?
Vapor-Z will not be doing the BF version, they suggested Ifancyone, Spa vapes or going direct to Eden Mods

Without going into the major complications.
This one sentence from a newspaper article put me off,and these are regarded as two possible minor pitfalls(i had heard if you already suffer from dry eyes it can worsen the problem)

Never suffered from either of those 2 problems, was told about the dry eye problem, wonder if that's anything to do with weather at time of getting them done, or to put it another way if you live in a dry hot area, or get them done when it is like that, then that could cause the problem, I had mine done just after Christmas

Just seen it on the one o'clock news Marcus.
Some sanity at last,despite opposition.
How now can the British government implement section 20 of the TPD.
A: they could class them as a medicine - that would cripple everyone who could not afford the Medical grade facilities
B: they could still go ahead with the minimal sizes and sealed units

It was mentioned in 3-4 newspapers that I saw on Press Preview - it's a call for them to be prescribed, not something that will definitely happen.
TBH it is not something that most of us would want to happen - Yes doctors could advise patients of their effectiveness and then point them to where they can be bought, but it would be lunacy to prescribe them.

Before I got halogen oven , I had the Tefal Air fryer - ended up breaking the paddle bit in the middle, and it was a bar steward to clean

Yes,we also have one of those.They are good,apart from they sound like a jet coming into land:)
Like Bob said can be a bar steward,but i wipe ours out every time i use it.
Found that out the hard way,when i left it a few times and it took me most of a Saturday to get it clean again.

I agree - suppose it wouldn't hurt for the doctor to issue a voucher for a basic starter kit from the nearest chemist, or for the smoking cessation nurses to do it - and on a normal paid for prescription where appropriate, but beyond that, if people can afford to smoke, I'm thinking they can afford to use e-cigs.
I did read in one of the newspaper articles that it is not to be an either or situation of only being available via prescription, but that they'll still be available through usual outlets ...if that is so, then OK ..as long as they don't mess around too much with quantities etc., and slam hefty taxes on it.

Mostly and too much fatty foods, I used to fry almost everything, and I love cheese, I still love cheese but things I used to fry gets put in the gas oven and chips in the halogen oven.
I love cheese too! We do buy the half fat cheddar from Sainsbury's, and it didn't take long to get used to the milder flavour. Haven't had real chips for three years, and wherever possible, buy the lower fat version of most things.
Not only did we both lose almost 2 stones, it brought my husbands cholesterol down enough that he doesn't need any medication ...he can't tolerate statins and gets really bad side effects.
We don't eat any less either ..just different things.
